Frank and Comfort Zone are AMAZING! I woke up this morning with no heat. Called Comfort at 7:15 am and Frank picked up right away. He was out to our house within an hour and had our heat back on within minutes as well as making some general maintenance recommendations - Comfort is now our go-to!

Bunch of scammers! Beware if you are a female and know nothing about heating and cooling DONT ALLOW THEM OUT!THEY WILL SCAM YOU

This is my second year with this company and they have been outstanding.Today Mill serviced my furnace. He is a most personable, informative tradesman who answered all of my questions.
Frank has serviced both my furnace and air-conditioner, and he is an outstanding tradesman as well.
I highly recommend this company for their efficiency and honesty.

Woke up and the furnace was out on a 30 degree morning. Comfort Zone was there within two hours and fixed the problem same day. Our tech Zach Kerr was extremely helpful.

Questions about our air conditioner installation. My new air conditioner sounds like the commercial that says you need a new one. Very loud. Frank told me it was my thermostat but after paying him $200.00 for a new thermostat same model originally in my house. the sound came back after a few weeks. Very disappointed since I threw my free thermostat out nest friendly very convenient.

Frank came out to give me a quote same day I called. I did have to pay a service fee for him to come out for the initial quote but this was deducted from the cost of the job once done. He was able to do the job 48 hours later. I had another company bid the same job and Frank’s quote was about 10% lower- but I also just liked how he explained things and that he was able to squeeze the job in promptly. It was not an “emergency” repair- but the punctuality allowed me to stick with the timeline on an adjacent project that I am working on. Overall I would use Comfort Zone (especially Frank) again.

The technician tried to charge me $1200 for Freon and cleaning of ac unit. He refused to give me an option for replacing the unit. Instead, when I said he was trying to take advantage of me with unrealistic prices, he said that was my option because the iPad sets the prices or pay the $89 service call (which is ridiculous because there was no service provided). Be very careful before calling this company.

Addition to original review: As soon as I submitted this review, I received an email from this company with different estimates than the ones I was shown at my house. The email also included a document with an alleged signature which was not mine—I did not sign anything because I believed the entire experience was a complete con job. Now I’m convinced of that.

Our boiler wasn't working correctly so we had them come out and give an estimate to fix it. We finally called them when the boiler stopped working totally and we had no heat. They came out - arrived early (which was wonderful) and they ended up having to replace a different part than what they originally thought. Even though it was a more expensive part - they still honored the original quote. They were nice, did a great job, and we are very happy. They also sent paperwork and photos to our email which is super handy for future reference. If you are looking for a Heating and Cooling co. this is the one to call!

We’ve had a really positive experience with Frank and the team at Comfort Zone. He was able to help us when our air conditioning stopped working in our new house and he replaced a 20 year old furnace quickly and efficiently. The team at Comfort Zone is very responsive, they return phone calls, and they go out of their way to explain every step of the process. They also sell the best quality products for very competitive prices. I’m really happy with their quality of service and their excellent communication. They are also very thoughtful about wearing shoe coverings in your house so the floors don’t get dirty. It may seem like a small thing, but it’s that attention to detail that shows in all of their work.

I called after hours for a malfunctioning furnace. The HVAC Specialist, Frank, was so very helpful in deciding whether to have an emergency repair or if the problem could wait until the morning. He arrived promptly at 9 am as scheduled and quickly diagnosed the problem. All work done was fully explained and done efficiently for a very reasonable price. I will definitely çall them again.
