In preparation for the upcoming 95 degree day, I tried out our A/C to learn it was not working. I called on Monday night at 10PM and Frank was out the next morning a little after 6AM. Fortunately, our problem was relatively simple and he was able to fix it quickly. I would highly recommend.

Mill and Frank installed a New Ac, a New Furnace (American Standard) and a New water heater (Bradford White) .They did an outstanding job, the installation was professional, clean and on time couldn’t have asked for anything better. Even the city inspector was impressed with how clean their work is. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Frank from Comfort Zone was great and explained everything in a thorough technical manner while also breaking down things beyond my expertise in a simple manner. They were definitely worthwhile to call for emergency furnace issues. Our furnace was blowing cold air and Frank changed the wiring and had heat up within a few minutes and then continued to inspect the furnace to build a comprehensive report on what would he recommended for other necessary repairs in the near future beyond the root cause of the error.

Great company. Our furnace went out Saturday morning during 9 degree Temps. They came out that day, diagnosed the problem, quoted a new unit, and had us setup for install on Monday. Great service. Highly recommend.

So I just met the nicest guy in the world: Frank at Comfort Zone Heating and Cooling. Came over right away and quickly diagnosed my A/C problem, had the replacement part on the truck and fixed it right up! The call-center woman was fantastic in arranging the emergency appointment and I received a text with a picture of the service tech (Frank) and his ETA shortly before he arrived. VERY PROFESSIONAL!! We are definitely going to have them upgrade our entire HVAC system in the fall.

My aging AC unit stopped cooling during one of the hottest weeks, earlier this summer. Frank was able to come out and assess the problem the same day I called. We agreed that a new AC unit was needed. Him and his team were able to schedule the installation weeks sooner than any of the competitors I had quoted for the job. They did a great job setting up my new American Standard AC unit and high efficiency furnace. My home is back to being cool again.

I had my furnace replaced by Frank a few months back and he was professional and walked me through different options. The quote he gave me was better than other companies and the quality of work was excellence. He then followed up with me in summer to get my AC unit ready for the summer. I would recommend this company and will be using them again in the future.

Frank was very professional and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain all of my options when deciding to replace my furnace - not only the benefits and efficiencies of each furnace, but the costs associated with each. They installed my new furnace, and explained basic maintenance, and the proper settings (humidifier and thermostat).
