Comfort Zone is top notch. They were able to respond on a holiday when the furnace in my house died. They came out a couple weeks later to install a humidifier system. Both technicians were phenomenal, professional, and on time. Highly recommend them.
Literally the best Heating service experience ever. Mill documented everything, got here with 30 minutes of my call, and have me substantial options going forward. I highly recommend putting Comfort Zone in your speed dial!

Scammed me big time. Charged me 348 for a 25.00 part. This place is so messed up. I wish I would of known better. Please take my advice and go somewhere else.
We were very pleased with our service. Their technician Mill arrived promptly and was able to diagnose the issue and get our furnace running again at a reasonable cost. I would recommend this company and will use them again for any HVAC issues we might have.

He was able to remedy the situation very quickly and also let me know what maintenance would be needed in the future to ensure I knew the costs down the line. Will call him personally again.
Let me tell you - Frank and Mill saved our butt this Christmas weekend. Our furnace suddenly went out and we have 2 little ones at home. Did I mention it was a cool 3 degrees outside? They made it out super quick and we’re able to get things working for us. Thorough, professional, and answered all of our questions. Top notch all around!
They responded to my call concerning issue w/my furnace shutting down last week late Friday evening. Came early Saturday AM timely and presented themselves professionally however after conducting diagnostic checks, resetting furnace to operate I knew I’d have an issue when the tech informed me he didn’t notice anything OR could find a problem. He suggested a repair to improve the humidifier but that had nothing to do w/the furnace operating.
I paid the service/dispatch fee $225 AND by 5-5:30 Saturday evening my furnace shut down again. I question there level of knowledge (or at least the TECH sent out) concerning HVAC maintenance and probably won’t use them again. I had no issue paying the fee but at least send a service Tech w/a reasonable level of experience to properly handle my issue.
I initially called Comfort Saturday to report the same problem AND to come back Sunday AM but cancelled. I literally was able to resolve furnace myself and it has been working since late Saturday nite.
Thursday 12/29/22 Just a follow up on my recent review of Comfort Zone HC, I was surprised today upon receiving a refund check in the mail concerning an unsatisfactory service given Saturday 12/24/22. I don’t give reviews often but definitely strive to be fair in my assessment either way (compliment OR complaint) Nonetheless, that was a “class act”’ and a professional way to handle an unresolved service call. Thank You and Happy New Year!
