My boiler system was a mess! Frank was the first repair guy in 20 years ( and I've had several repairs) to point out bad pipes and dangerous connections. He took the time to explain my boiler to me- even though I'm a woman! The boiler came with the house, I only knew the basics. These guys- Frank and Zach were, timely and professional. I also really liked dealing with Melissa in the office. She was always super friendly and helpful .

I had a complicated issue with my boiler and these guys figured it out.

I had Mill and Frank for two separate issues and both were very smart and friendly.

Our furnace stopped working at 8pm on a day where the temperature was 0 degrees. I called that night and the technician, Frank, was very helpful and let me know that he would be there between 8am and 11am to fix the furnace. I then received a text of his picture and a confirmation of the arrival time. That morning, Frank called at 8am to let me know that he was on his way. When he arrived he was respectful of our home and put on booties so that he didn’t track snow throughout our house. Frank fixed it with no problems and didn’t try to upsell us on anything else or take advantage of the situation.

I won’t speak to pricing because that is relative as to how much people are willing to pay for good services. In my opinion, I believe that paying fair fees allows for a company to attract and pay the best talent which in turn allows for that company to provide great customer service. Which is what I received! My family is now warm and cozy even though the temperature outside is below zero!

Comfort Zone is hands down the best HVAC company I have ever used. Every employee is professional and kind. They are on time, clear on pricing and timelines, and so helpful with continued maintenance. We have been very grateful for their guidance with our new building so that we can be sure we are maintaining our equipment as needed, and have been able to come out quickly when we have had issues. Thank you Frank, Mill, and the rest of the staff - you are amazing!

Very rude. They over charge for parts by hundreds of dollars. The guy who came out seemed to be very confused when speaking to me.

I returned home from a week long vacation to find my AC wouldn’t turn back on. It was an especially hot Memorial Day Weekend and by Tuesday morning I was desperate for a fix. The first several companies I called couldn’t come out until the following week, but Comfort Zone was able to schedule me for the next afternoon. The very helpful woman who took my call also promised to let me know if they had any openings that day or the next morning. Less than an hour later she called back and said a technician finished another appointment in the area and could come right away! Mill arrived soon after and got right to work diagnosing the problem. Within minutes my AC was back on! Mill could have stopped there, but he continued to inspect the unit to ensure there were no other issues that needed to be addressed. He then did an excellent job explaining the problem as well as the overall condition of the AC. I’m so glad I had Mill as my technician! And Comfort Zone will be my first and only call for all of my future HVAC needs!!

Frank returned my call after business hours to schedule an appt for Mill to come out within days for furnace maintenance & a humidifier check. Mill was very professional & knowledgeable, assured me my furnace is in great shape, got my humidifier running & explained a lot of helpful things. Yay for less dry air in my home! He also enrolled me in their annual maintenance plan which seems valuable & reasonable. Thank you so much!

Mill diagnosed the issue with our heating system quickly and provided several options for repair, all within the parameters that work best for our household. He was so professional, efficient, and kind. I would never look elsewhere should another issue arise. Highly recommend!

I couldn't believe it!
Our Air Conditioning was out all day and when we called for help it was already almost 7:pm.
But amazingly, Frank answered.
He was at our house within the hour and was walking out around 9:30 at night after fixing our problems.
He also educated me about the issues with my system and was extremely polite and professional the whole time, even as it started to get dark outside, making his work tougher.

We will sleep cool and cozy tonight, thanks to Frank and Comfort Zone Heating & Cooling.

My furnace went out and Frank came out the next day to look at it. I had an extremely old furnace and it needed to be replaced. Frank got me a quote and Mill came out the next day and started pulling out the old furnace. They got me back up and running in just a couple of days. I would highly recommend this company. Great people and great service!
