Comfort Zone Heating and Cooling LLC

I have been hearing thumping sounds coming from my furnace for the last several weeks. I decided it was time to have a professional take a look. I looked on Google maps and found a number of HVAC businesses. Then I read the reviews and decided Comfort Zone Heating and Cooling was a good choice. They rated 5 stars on all counts.

Comfort Zone is most professional company I've worked with. They replaced my furnace and A/C , and was incredibly quick and smooth throughout the process. Consumer beware. Another example of why you need to compare prices.
This company wanted more then double while telling us we needed other work done. They wanted 2 and a half times the cost of a part we found in a local hardware store. I can't say whether they actually do good work or not, but you will be charged a lot for it.

Great experience having new chimney liner and vent pipes installed by Frank. Reasonable pricing, good communication regarding appt and what work would be performed. Will definitely be using comfort zone again in the future!

Frank and Mill came out to fix a problem I was having that another local company did a lousy job on. Frank was very helpful, explained the issue, solution, and was diligent on fixing my problem. Honest and hard working! They were tidy and cleaned everything up as well. Couldn’t be happier with the job they did. Will definitely use them again!

Very professional and polite in spite of the fact that i was completely frazzled and my house was in utter chaos. i called in the morning and they came the same day.
the tech, his vehicle, toolbox, etc were spotlessly clean and that speaks volumes to me about the type of care they put into their work.
i ultimately did not use the services simply because i could not afford the cost of the work i needed done. i don’t think it’s anything to do with their pricing, i just really had no idea what the cost would be. in this case, i knew my a/c had a leak and needed a recharge.
if i had any criticism it would apply to many companies...it would be really nice if they could give you a ballpark estimate so i didn’t have to spend money to find out i couldn’t afford the fix. to their credit, they did charge me a reduced rate as a first time client which was kind.
overall, i can see why they have all 5 star reviews and would recommend them.

I had a new AC system installed and they did a great job in a timely manner. Mill was very professional and easy to work with. Highly recommend this company.
