Everyone I interacted with there was fantastic. Didn’t give me the runaround or take advantage and went above and beyond my expectations. You would be foolish to hire another company for your hvac needs. Mill worked tirelessly at my house all day and was very considerate and professional.

Very professional, precise, helpful and sensitive to Covid-19 concerns with appropriate PPE and procedures during inspection and services rendered. and each technician has been friendly, efficient, and skilled. Excellent professional service! They fit us in the day we called and the technician was polite, thorough, and professional, gave us our options prior to starting repairs and fixed it promptly.

The first time I turned on my AC it wouldn't run. I reached out to a couple places and they had a multi-day wait. Comfort Zone showed up next day and were in and out in an hour. Very professional tech who didn't upset or push. He provided multiple options and walked me through exactly what was wrong with the unit.

I called in the evening and received next day service from a pleasant, thorough and professional technician. All problems were solved and system improved plus Frank provided suggestions and a quote for future maintenance needs. Bravo.

Frank had our AC going in under an hour. He diagnosed the problem and got right to work on it. It was right before the 4th of July and they were able to fit us in. I would definitely recommend Comfort Zone. I am very happy with the service I received.
