All of the above Mill G was especially knowledgeable, and responded to any questions I had quickly.

This morning we had Family Heating and Cooling clean our furnace. My wife and I left for work and when we returned our house was 59 degrees. The high temp today was 18 degrees. The furnace wasn't working. My wife couldn't get a hold of Family, couldn't even leave a message. I called Comfort Zone Heating & Cooling. I spoke to Frank who advised they would come out for an emergency call or could come in the morning. Frank was nice, courteous and spoke to me like a friend. I asked if he had an idea what was wrong and Frank said they would have to look at it. Frank also said that common sense told him if it worked fine before the cleaning it could simply be a loose wire. I went back down with my flashlight and there it was, the flame sensor wire was not connected. I simply plugged it in and the furnace is working again. Comfort Zone Heating and Cooling didnt make any money from me tonight but I assure they will make a lot more money from us than if they simply made a service call tonight. I will be calling Comfort Zone from now on.

Frank from Comfort Zone was excellent. I had a major problem with my furnace. He immediately came out (within 30 minutes of my call) and diagnosed the issue. He was polite, knowledgeable, and thorough. Additionally, he took the time to explain exactly what was going on with my furnace. His prices are extremely reasonable as well. I would highly recommend this company!

Frank is a very honest and professional technician. I had another company come out and inspect my unit and I was informed that I needed a new unit. I was referred by a friend to Comfort Zone and I called them for a second opinion, Frank came out the same day. He inspected my entire system and he informed me that I had a leak in my unit. He gave me a fair quote and came out the next day fixed the problem. My system never cooled so well. I highly recommend this company for their honesty, professionals and fair pricing. Our A/C stopped working at the start of a stretch of 90 degree days. Called at 7AM today, and a repair technician was here by 4PM (Frank, who was very polite and professional). Fortunately, our problem was relatively simple and he was able to fix it within the hour. Would highly recommend.

In spite of horrible weather conditions Mill and his crew worked diligently to finish a furnace, A/C and breaker box installation. They did a great job AND made sure they left everything neat and exactly as they found it. Frank spent a lot of time reviewing equipment options and making sure I was getting the very best value for the needs of my home.
This is a very respectful, talented group of folks that keep the customer top of mind in everything they do. Not only would I recommend them to others, but they're my heating and cooling "go to" from here on out!!

Frank was very detailed and responsive in scoping and quoting the replacement of our AC, furnace, and hot water tank. They got us on the schedule within a week, and completed the total job in less than two days. Mill lead the project with expertise and professionalism, keeping us informed throughout the installation and walkthrough. They left the whole work area cleaner than they started.

These guys are awesome and had a really good experience. They were able to fit me in sooner than what we booked for which I appreciated. Had a line installed for my range and dryer.
