My technician was Frank K. Super knowledgeable and showed up at the early end of the window given. Professional and courteous and diagnosed/fixed the problem right away and even gave me a few tips for maintenance that I hadn’t been doing. Would recommend this company to others and if it’s your first time you’re safe using them.

Our a/c stopped working on the hottest day (so far) of the year late on a Friday afternoon. Comfort Zone not only answered their phone, but was able to get a technician out first thing Saturday morning without extra charges. The technician Frank was wonderful. He was very professional, knowledgeable and worked fast. We are very pleased!

My central air stopped working so I called Comfort Zone after researching various companies online. Frank arrived within half an hour and quickly identified and fixed the problem. I'm very pleased with the service provided and would use them again.

Frank and Mill came out early in the morning. I called at 5am on a frigid day as my heating was broken. They were here by 7 and everything was set before noon! They did great work and were very personable. I will definitely be using this company again for any of my heating or cooling needs!

After shopping around for services to replace our very old boiler and water heater with a tankless water heating system, Comfort Zone offered us the best deal by far. Not only was the price reasonable, but Frank took the time to research all of our questions before installation to make sure we received the right system for our needs. I could not be more happy with my choice of Comfort Zone Heating and Cooling. I replaced my whole HVAC system with a new high efficiency unit and we love it. They gave me options and explained in detail what I was getting in detail so I could make a educated decision on what was best for my family. I never felt pressured or lead into anything. They were on time, clean, and respectful during the install. They also did all my warranty paperwork and rebates from the energy companies. I could not recommend a company more.

I placed Emergency call at 10pm Fri. Furnace stopped working in dead of winter. Mill was out 9:30am Sat. Replaced igniter on furnace. Very informative man. I am a tough customer & I was extremely happy with Mill. Will use this company again.

Our Furnace went out at 4am in the morning. I woke up to a chilly 60f with the thermostat set on 74f (Burrr). At about 5 am I decided that I was not going to be able to go back to sleep, so I started researching HVAC companies. I discovered Comfort Zone on Google. Their Google ad was the only one that listed 24 hour service, and they were very close to my house. At 5am I called Comfort Zone. I was shocked that at 5am a very friendly but tired guy name Frank answered my call (Yea). Frank took down my information, promised me that someone would be out between noon & 5pm, and even sent an Email confirmation of the appointment at 5am !
At 8:15am I received a call from HVAC Tech Mill. Mill said that his 8am customer had cancelled and that he could come right away. By 9am I had heat !!!
Mill diagnosed & changed the bad Igniter, did several other diagnostic tests, and sent me an Email summary of all the work he did - including PHOTOS of the Ignitor, and weak Capacitor test, and the model number plaque of my furnace.
These guys are great - I give 6 Stars !!!

Highly recommend Comfort Zone heating&cooling Mill came out and diagnosed my parents furnace repaired it and fixed within couple hrs.

Frank & Mill were professional, polite, and showed up during late hours to fix our furnace prior to Christmas.
