When things go wrong, I only trust comfort. They have serviced my home three times and technician Mill Gorkes serviced our home 2/3. He is professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He went out of his way to insure that me and my children had heat before a winter storm. Best customer service that I have experienced in alone time! 10/10 highly recommended.

Can't say enough good things about Frank and his team. Had my furnace and central replaced back in June and have been very pleased. Their responsiveness sets them apart, honestly. Every call is answered promptly and when I had a minor issue this morning, Frank was out within 2 hours. Exceptional service and I highly recommend!

My furnace stopped producing heat on Christmas day in sub freezing temperatures and and I was still able to get a diagnosis early the next morning. Mill was professional and very helpful. I would recommend this company without hesitation.

My furnace stopped working late on a Friday night. Frank came out and quickly diagnosed the problem as a frozen intake pipe. He had the furnace running in less than 15 minutes. Grateful to have emergency after hours service available as the temps were double digits below zero

Mill came out during a major winter storm on Christmas Eve to look at my furnace, which was blowing cold air, when all HVAC contractors were extremely busy. The person who answered the phone as well as Mill were very kind, very professional and provided timely and fairly priced service. It was a minor fix which helped us keep warm and our pipes from freezing. I will definitely call them again for future services.

Mill came and replaced our water heater and furnace. Great guy and a pleasure to work with. Will go back for future needs 100%

If you are ever in need of any hvac needs and live in royal oak and the surrounding area these guys are amazing. Frank and his staff are very friendly and are good at what they do.

My service took place over two days due to a need to order a new part for my furnace. The technicians on both days were very professional and knowledgeable. Should I need help again, I will definitely go here first.

I've since needed to replace the entire furnace and AC unit. Mill has been outstanding throughout the process, and everything is running great.

Our heating threw an alarm and shut down on the December 23rd. We called a company that said they would come out on the 24th. They left us high and dry so we called comfort zone on a recommendation from a friend. They came out that day. Mill tried at a couple of things that were working so he stayed and made sure he located the problem. My daughters had put 3 golf balls down the exhaust and were triggering an exhaust backup alarm. He was a savior on Christmas time. The holiday prices were a little steep but I expected that on Christmas Eve. Would recommend to anyone

Frank, Mill, and Zach who I had out to do a complete HVAC system replacement from Comfort Zone are the honest, capable, and professional people you want to handle this kind of job. I know Frank from working along side him at a previous well respected company, so I know his work and attention to detail personally. He was my first and only go to for this project. I should mention we did first try to service my old system to tune it up, but it was time for it to go, and so Frank set me up with a no nonsense solution, took the time to explain what and why, and answered my many questions. I would put my full confidence in his work and the products he uses. They take care of your needs and own the work as if it was their own house! Thanks guys, you exceeded my expectations!!
