AC went out in the middle of the night after a 113 degree day. Called several places and Air Zone had the fastest availability AND the lowest diagnostic cost! I called at about 9:30 AM and my AC was fixed within 3 hours! They didn't try to upsell me, and they were super nice and professional. Will definitely use again for future needs. THANK YOU!!

As a single woman it’s sometimes scary trying to get professional help for my home repairs because I never know when someone is trying to get over on me but Emilio was so personable and honest upon arrival. He explained to me what has been happening with the units in my area and told me my unit could possibly be the same problem and after the diagnosis it was. He explained everything to me and exactly what he had to do for the repairs to get done and that was it. I called AirZone Heating and cooling first thing in the morning and they were at my home in less than 20 minutes. I had a time constriction and they worked with me and had everything done timely! I will have no problem calling on them for future issues. Absolutely great service!

I was having problems with what I thought was my AC since it wasn't cooling the house. This company responded fast, had great communication, let me know about pricing before doing anything and got out to me as soon as possible. Turns out my furnace was basically falling apart and was even a possible safety hazard. They gave me all the options I had to either fix it or replace it and told me what the pricing options were and even let me know about financing if I did want to replace it. I went with just replacing it and they got it done fast. Signed the paperwork on the financing on friday and they came and installed the new furnace on that following Monday. Best company you can call for all your heating and cooling problems. They're friendly and straightforward!

So we noticed the drain line up top by the attic was leaking outside. Did some research and come to find out IT IS NOT normal for it to leak from the top drain line. We thought it was a clogged line, and called another HVAC company who came and cleaned the exterior part of the a/c, looked In the attic and said we were good. Then i noticed it was still leaking and called Air Zone and they came out a few days later. It was not a clogged line, but whoever installed the a/c had put the wrong coil and that's what was leaking a ton of water. They found the right coil in stock and came the very next day to install it. The entire team was very efficient and respectful and i appreciated them cleaning up afterwards. Emilio helped me finance a 0% interest account to help with the repair costs. Would definitely recommend Air Zone! Will use In the future if other issues arise or for simple maintenance 😊

Our AC went out at 7pm we called everyone we could and no on answered but Air Zone did!! We have a 3 month old at home and the house was getting hot fast especially with this summer heat! We called them at 7:30pm and they showed up at 8pm. They fixed our A/C!!! I highly recommend them. You want someone quick GIVE THEM a CALL

Emilio was was the quickest to respond out of the 15 AC companies I used and was early to the job , fast and efficient to fix the issue and gave me a very well priced job bill. Will definitely use them again👌

My dinosaur forced air heating system in a 1980's mobile home went out in mid winter. I had my regular service company and diagnosis, system terminal new heater needed. This company was to give estimate of replacement, then another company was given along with Air Zone. Air Zone came out that day, reviewed the system needed along with installation requirements. The 2nd company gave estimate based on info received, my regular company took a week to estimate. The new system, only because of a delivery mixup took almost 2 weeks, while I was having to use alternate heat. The new system was complete in one day, very clean and heating is excellent. They have called to followup and come by several times to check tge unit, pkys installed a new upgraded thermostat. I would highly recommend using Air Zone
