Comfort Zone Heating and Cooling

***BEWARE*** Comfort Zone installed a new HVAC system and replaced all duct work in a complete remodel of my family home. There were things that were not done properly or not done at all (brought to our attention by an inspector). Stacy Murphy refused to complete the job, even though he had been paid in full. We had to pay a respectable installer $1200 to fix the job Stacy Murphy and Comfort Zone did for us. He also ignored a Better Business Bureau Complaint, so, in my opinion, once he gets his money, he couldn't care less about the customer or making sure he did the job right.

We could not be happier with our new York system from Comfort Zone. We replaced our upstairs split system and Stacy was a pro. He was even able to suggest some free modifications to our downstairs unit to make it run more efficiently and last longer. All this, and he still came in cheaper for a better quality system than other places in town (Home Depot quoted $3000 higher). After using several different HVAC companies in the past with mixed results, Comfort Zone has become our go-to HVAC repair and replacement service.

I do not recommend using Comfort Zone Heating and Cooling. Stacy came out for the initial visit, topped off my unit and told me my evaporator was leaking, which ended up costing $200 just for that visit. I was told that a part would be ordered and I'd hear back the following day. That follow-up never happened, the initial fix for our air conditioner lasted less than 24 hours and my voicemails and text messages never received a response. After using a seperate company turns out it was never the evaporator, it was something else entirely.
