I highly recommend Coastal Climate Experts if you need a new HVAC installed. Joe (the owner) came out within hours of my call for an estimate. He was so patient with all my questions, answered phone calls and emails quickly, and his price beat the competitors. During installation his technicians were polite and professional. I was impressed that Joe was here working also, and the respect between everyone was evident. It is obvious that Coastal Climate Experts takes pride in their work. So happy that I called them!

Joe the owner came and personally worked on my Trane a/c unit, looked like he had to dismantle the complete air handler less than 3 hrs. It was back together with the new parts installed. Did a great job, quick, clean and left my house with cold a/c.

Coastal Climate Experts - I When you want it done right the first time.

Coastal climate experts came out and replaced my entire ac unit with a top of the line trane. Having worked with Joe in the past and knowing his reputation it was an easy decision going with CCE. Very professional, clean install, and they left the job site looking better than before. Did a difficult job moving air handler to attic and all without complaint. They even drove all over FL to get 3 different components the local supply house didn’t have to meet the install date. Exceeded expectations and value.

My experience with Coastal was amazing. I Google A/C companys in Melbourne since I'm new to the area and Coastal was one of three companies that popped up. After seeing how many 5 star reviews Coastal had I took a few mintutrs and read a couple I figured that they were a good company.
So that's we're it started, I called, thy owner answer. I shared with him my problem, from that point on we were on the phone for almost one hours going back and forth. He could of stopped talking to me at any point and said let me send a service guy over but no he walked me through the whole issue and by the time we were off the phone my Heater was working. AMAZING that this guy, (did I mention he was the owner) took the time out of his busy schedule and help me out and didn't charge me a dime. There are truly still great people out there.

Received a bid to replace our roof AC unit on Friday and they came on Tuesday to install the new unit. Plus they brought a portable unit for us to use. Very responsive, helpful, friendly and I thought it was a good value from other bids. Plus we got the exact model we wanted. Steve and Brandon were the technicians that did the install. They did a great job and were very friendly. Highly recommend Coastal Climate Experts!

Thankful for the prompt AC emergency response. Joe was able to troubleshoot the problem and find a solution. All done after hours. We are sleeping comfortably tonight.

Great experience, we had an old AC unit that was leaking freon and we needed a new coil which was super expensive and on backorder. So we decided to replace the whole thing as we were getting warmer and warmer in the house with each passing day. We received quotes from a few companies but there was a shortage of availability so we were told we would have to wait until October or later for a new unit (this is August). Costal Climate Experts came in with a great quote price and Joe and was the only one creative enough to come up with a solution to get us a new unit the next week. It would mean they would have to come out twice when the unit we purchase came in but it didn't bother them to have to come out twice to make sure we were cooling with the unit we wanted. They have excellent customer service from the minute i called to request a quote to the completion of the job. The team was great and went above and beyond to get us up and running and make sure everything was perfect. So happy we found them they will have all our business going forward.

We got 5 estimates and Coastal Climate Experts had a great price and warranty. The new system and ductwork was installed on time with good workmanship. Would recommend them if considering a new system.
