Joe and his crew were courteous and professional. This is the second air conditioner, different house, that has been installed by this company. Both times I was extremely pleased. You won't go wrong with a Trane air conditioner, which is what this company installs, nor will you ever go wrong with this company.

I have rental properties and own more than a dozen A/C units. Over the years I have used quite a few different companies for replacements and service. I recently contracted Joe and Megan to install a new unit for me because of their Google reviews and I couldn't be happier. They show up when they say they will, they do the work right, and they're honest people. I'm going to have them install another new unit for me this month. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

A 5-star review from a home-owner here on the west coast. I had the great blessing of meeting Megan on an HVAC thread / forum online. I was choosing between TRANE and CARRIER for my brand new HVAC install and had numerous questions about the technical specs, various benefits of eachs, and any insights in general on the XR16 vs a Carrier 24aaa5, etc. Megan was knowledgeable and extremely gracious and generous with her insights and expertise. I ended up going with a Trane because of their Climatuff Compressor among other reasons. Megan even had insights on how to assess a competent and excellent installer / contractor that she was gracious to offer up.

When a manager of Coastal Climate, Megan, shows this much care and provides such high level expertise to a stranger on the westcoast God only knows how much she cares about her customers and potential clients who live in her city and region. Florida is lucky to have a professional like her and the HVAC Industry as well as HVAC customers would greatly benefit from her care, attention and expertise. Her technical insights, sincerity and truthfulness/honesty is what struck me as her greatest qualities.

We had Coastal Climate Experts install three Trane two-stage air conditioning units with in-cabinet filters and Nexia thermostats. They replaced all copper tubing and pvc pipes. Joe Dittmar, owner, and Megan, his assistant, came out to our home to estimate the job. They were on time and did a thorough assessment of our air conditioning needs. Our current Trane system was 18 years old. We received a timely and very competitive bid and they came back to our home after we received the bid to answer our questions and finalize the timing for the job. They did a great job installing the units and worked with our schedule when we had to leave our home for an hour or so. They cleaned up their work area at the end of everyday as well as at the end of the job. Some of our copper tubing was in cement and Joe had to go to extra effort to break up the cement to replace the copper. He could have filled it back in with foam, but without our request went the extra mile and got new cement to finish it off in a more attractive manner. The Trane units work beautifully. We notice a difference in the amount of humidity inside the house as compared with our older units. They are very quiet and look great. The Nexia programmable thermostats work well and it's terrific to be able to change the temperature after we have left the house for the weekend if we forgot to do so before we left. We are very happy with our purchase and installation, would use them again for another job, and would recommend Coastal Climate Experts to our friends.

Coastal Climate Experts installed a new Trane XL16i 16 SEER in our home. We replaced a 16 year old unit that sprung a large leak on the outside unit. Megan and Robert came out the same day we called to provide us an estimate (less than an hour from my call). They were both very knowledgeable and answered all my questions.

When we called to set up the installation date, we were absolutely thrilled to hear that they could come out the very next day. Very impressed with their speed of service, especially during this time of year. Jon and Robert arrived right when they said they would on the install day and the new unit was installed with plenty of daylight left. Their work was very professional.

We've been really impressed with the new Trane unit. The new unit has been able to drop the humidity levels about 10% lower in comparison to our old unit. This has made the lower indoor temps even more comfortable. We’re also looking forward to the cost savings the new unit will provide. A new Wifi Trane thermostat was included, and Megan helped us set it up. We really appreciate the extra time and effort she extended.

In summary, we are very happy with the service provided by all staff at Coastal Climate and our new AC unit.

This is one of the worst places in the country to go without AC and in less than an hour Ben was here to troubleshoot my old system. Ben was as upfront and honest as they come. I decided to replace the 10-year-old system rather than play the parts game. Installation day came and Ben and his partner kept me up-to-date throughout the process and then explained everything to me afterward and cleaned up before they left. I highly recommend coastal climate experts to provide your air conditioning needs!

Last week I discovered that my AC unit was leaking all over my garage. It was already beginning to smell moldy. I know how bad mold is here in Florida so I was a little panicked. My neighbor recommended that I call these guys and I am sure glad she did. They were literally at my house addressing the problem within an hour and a half. And when I received the bill, it was half of what I anticipated. If I every have another issue with my AC, these are the guys I will call. Fast, did a good job, and didn't try to take advantage of my situation. Thanks.
