I was referred to Joe by word of mouth of a previous happy customer. We had a 20 yr old unit and insufficient setup with our house being older age. He came in and did an awesome job explaining and being honest about our best approach to fix our cooling issues with 2400 sqft. .. He was very attentive and professional! Answered every question/concern and explained without complaint! Never pushed anything that wasn't needed like upselling!

We had 4 new returns put in ceilings along with a brand new unit/handler and thermostat!
The crew that did our house was very professional and educated! They worked proficiently and precisely! They were even entertaining to my 7yr old super curious son :) ... we are extremely happy with the products provided and look forward to working with them throughout life of our unit! I LOVE supporting family owned businesses and very excited to refer this one!

Nobody likes their old a/c finally crashing, and having to buy a new one. Coastal Climate made it as pain-free as possible. We got 4 different estimates on 6 different units. Fortunately for us, Coastal Climate was one estimate! From the start, Megan was a superstar through the entire process. Very courteous, helpful AND she put up with my 101 questions and emails. Jason and Travis handled the installation with visits from Joe (the owner) and were great. Also explained everything they were doing, worked efficiently, cleaned up super and tested everything out.

There were only 3 very minor glitches (or misunderstandings). 2 during the install and 1 after the install - each was handled easily and courteously. Building inspector just left - signed off - all good.

Technically this should be a 4.5 star review.

Whatever you do when you need a new a/c unit - CALL Megan! I believe their pricing to be competitive but the customer service was well above average.

Coastal Climate Experts are the best in the profession. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a great unit, with a great price, and installed by professionals. They are also honest and helpful. In April, 2017, I needed a new air conditioning/heating system for my home, but wasn't sure what I wanted. Joe took the time to walk me through all of the options, explained everything and patiently answered all of my questions. I felt I had all of the information to make a knowledgeable decision. All of the employees were patient with me, especially Megan, who came out numerous time to help me understand my digital thermostat. They did what they said they would, and provided the best unit, at the best price and very competent installation. I believe it to be the exact system I needed. During all of this process, everyone I dealt with were awesome.

After a year, I called yesterday to have my annual maintenance service on my equipment, and Megan was able to schedule it for today. Joe and Megan came out, and treated me as if I were family. Great experience all around. After a year, I feel it was one of my best decisions.

My experience with this company was excellent. Installed a new Trane A/A compressor and air handler the same day I called and agreed on the contract which was at a very fair price. Follow up has been fantastic. Highly recommend this company.

They were great, from the time we called to installation. They were responsive to emails and phone calls. After installation Joe spent the time to ensure we knew what equipment went in, that the cleaned up was done and went around checking the vents to see if the air flow was working correctly. Absolutely happy with the service that was provided.

Joe, the owner came to the house knowing we needed a new AC unit. He made time before his first appointment knowing there is a pregnant lady in her mid second trimester with NO AC! He was a no nonsense kind of guy. We liked that he was personable and didn't feel sales pitchy who was just trying to get a sale.

We enjoyed our experience and definitely would recommend them.

I took a chance after reading the great reviews on google about this company. We all know how that turns out sometimes. I’m glad I did. Joe the owner showed up and didn’t give up until the diagnosis was done and unit was up and running. This is the second time recently that I’ve come across someone that sticks to their word and does exactly what they say they are going to do. I would not hesitate to refer Joe and his company to anyone.

The owner Joe Dittmar was very knowledgeable on all the products I was interested in having installed & gave me a good price .
Wayne was one of the installation technicians and did a outstanding job for us on 2 complete whole house systems.

Now I personally know why this company received so many 5 star ratings. Professional, courteous , knowledgeable from the moment I called and spoke with Megan to schedule an estimate for AC unit to the clean up by the techs when they completed the job .
I have never had such great service . On time, integrous, great pricing and quality workmanship.

I recently had a new Trane air conditioner installed in my home by Coastal Climate Experts. Joe and his team work tirelessly in the extreme heat to install the system on a Saturday. They had a number of hurdles to jump including making the inside unit fit in a very tight area and connecting it to a backup generator. Joe was very accommodating and professional and my house was cooling again by the evening. Joe was able to answer all my questions and even responded quickly to questions a few days later. We are very please with our new Trane, the install by Coastal Climate Experts and Joe and his team. Thank you

What a great crew! Travis, Francis, and Steve did a wonderful job today! Joe and Megan came by and set up the process which went smoothly.
I have never seen a crew clean as they go and insured our home was set back up the same way it was when they showed up!
