Joe took care of us on a last minute installation after our terrible carrier infinity system died a horrible and painful death, and nobody "Able" was able to make it right, because that's not what "Able" does. Joe's a straight shooter, knowledgeable, and all business. He got us the best price, met our needs to a tee, and in 3 days from the time of the call, we had our old system removed (good riddance!) and the new system installed and working with no problems. Mid January 2018, Coastal Climate Experts installed a new Trane AC System and removed the old 13 year existing unit. Megan was most helpful with my concerns for choosing the new Trane System for my home. She was also my contact to schedule a date for the install, any future questions I may have, and all prior necessary permits, etc. Joe is a 5-Star Tradesman... an Expert Tech with a lot of extensive knowledge!!! Jon is a very knowledgeable Tech at a journeymen level and the two apprentices were very polite and aware to the customers concerns as the project progressed. They kept the work area clean and picked-up throughout the install. The TEAM arrived promptly on time and performed a quality, flawless install !!!

I just had work done by Coastal Climate Experts and highly recommend them. Joe, the owner, is very knowledgeable, honest and reliable. He ordered and replaced our mini-split in a few days plus prices are very reasonable. Love the warranty too.

After getting 5 additional quotes i decided to go with Coastal Climate Experts and i am glad i did. Joe and Megan where both honest in answering my questions and presented professionally, the price of there services was also unmatched in most cases thousands of dollars less that the competition. The crew that they set finished there work very quickly and without mess. No part of working with this company was unpleasant and they have my highest recommendation to both friends, family and strangers alike.

Joe has been great!! He came out to check our AC unit within an hour, quickly identified the issue and had the part in his van! Later on Friday evening when we returned home we found that the unit wasn’t cooling. I emailed Joe at 10:30pm, he replied at 7:15 the next morning then followed up with a phone call at 8. He was at the house within an hour and, again, quickly identified and replaced a different part but our unit blew the part. He was quick to identify the other issue and went out of his way to locate the needed item. The level of service and professionalism that we have received from Joe is second to none! THANK YOU JOE!! We’ll definitely be using Coastal Climate Experts when we replace the units!!!

Competent HVAC specialists in our area are hard to find. I got a referral from a neighbor for Coastal Climate and they are truly experts. This is a great company staffed with consummate professionals. I had a service call yesterday. Joe was on time, kept me informed of his arrival, wore a mask and shoe coverings for my protection, and he did a fantastic job of getting my a/c problem diagnosed and treated. Nobody wants to go without cooling in Florida, but this team went above and beyond to make sure I had comfort from the minute they answered the phone to the end of the service call.
