Joe reviewed our existing system, provided a very competitive offer. He was quick to provide the proposal, and called throughout the week to see if we had questions (no frequently enough to be annoying). Joe was quick to return calls seeking additional answers. Only true complaint would be communication with office. Took several text messages to get scheduled & receptionist who took follow up question was difficult to hear and seemed confused on question. But great company, suggest considering them for your future HVAC needs.

I love my new A/C! No humidity, quiet and efficient. The whole team at Coastal Climate are hard working professionals that are experts in the field and got the job done quickly and efficiently. Great price too! I recommend Coastal Climate for any a/c needs.

when coming to perform repairs, price is always competitive, friendly service from there staff, we Recommend them to friends. The work is always performed perfectly. And very important to me is they have enough staff to answer the phone when i call never a machine. 5 STAR SERVICE.

"Tell your friends about us!" Joe said departing my house after nearly 4 months of terrible service attempting to properly install two new AC systems.

Edited: Removed statements that I could find no public record of work permit for my address. Since this post, CCE has provided me copies of the commencement and a screenshot from some sort of records software for final.

The short of it: Extremely poor communication, EXTREMELY poor scheduling, and extremely poor installation. I should have spent the extra couple of hundred dollars and got professionals.

It took them over 3 months to have my ACs installed properly, i spent an extra $40 per month in electricity, and I still do not have the proper thermostat.

Joe is a fake and patronizing but to his credit, he knows what he is doing with HVAC systems.

Megan is EXTREMELY poor at communication and scheduling. Megan is a notary and offered to notarize documents without me there to sign in front of her. No integrity.

Don is the best worker on the force.

Jon is not bad just a little over confident.

The rest of the people that were at my install were later fired because they were found to be poor at their job.

Communication started June 12th, install promised the week of July 3rd, the install started on July 12th and went to Nov 3rd.

Jon was promised to my house on the June 12th by noon but "would be there way earlier. Expect him closer to 9." He showed up by 12:15.

I wasted an entire week of time off waiting for them to come out and install my new units. I got nothing. No email, no phone call. She didn't schedule anything, she didn't tell me she wasn't scheduling anything. I twiddled my thumbs the whole week.

When they did arrive for install, no scheduled time, I bought them pizza, provided them cold water all day, and tipped them when they left.

The install took so long because they put in the wrong size units when they mislabeled the condenser units with their stickers. Which meant they had to re-install them later when they found the issue.

Towards the end of this whole thing, Megan spoke to me on the phone in a tone that was blaming me for not being available as she tried to schedule next day service knowing full well that I need more than 14 hours notification. When I say "next day service" I mean: I contact them with the what I need, provide my availability, and they contact a week or more later saying they will be out the next day.

If you don't believe me, feel free to ask me for my summary of the email traffic, phone calls and dates they all occurred. I have provided that summary to Joe personally and in his most patronizing voice he said he would have Megan review it. Naturally, the wrong thermostat is still attached to my units.

We called Coastal Climate when the older a/c in our home just couldn’t compete with the heat and humidity any more. Though the path hasn’t always been smooth, one thing has always been consistent: Joe and Megan have always been prompt and responsive. I know that I can always count on them to keep us comfortable!

It has been a pleasure working with Coastal Climate Experts. They are extremely friendly and efficient.

We decided it was time to replace our air conditioner, so we began to get several quotes from local companies. We felt the quotes were high, and we weren't comfortable with the brands they were using. After much research, we felt that a Trane A/C would be the best brand for us. We found CCE on the Trane website, and gave them a call. CCE offered us the lowest quote, by far, and we felt much more confident with a Trane A/C. CCE did a great job installing our new A/C.

After our A/C was installed, we asked for a quote to replace our water heater. Again, we were astonished at the low price to get a brand new water heater. They came back and installed a new water heater for us, and we couldn’t be more happy.

CCE has been amazing, and we will continue to work with them, and refer all of our friends and family.

Coastal Climate Experts did a great job replacing our damaged duct work. The crew was efficient and clean. Super happy with the job they did and would recommend them to family and friends.

Megan and Joe are awesome, they are extremely helpful and caring. They have helped us with our AC unit many times and even on weekends. I highly recommend their company to everyone looking for fair prices, amazing company and team!

Outstanding sales and service. They did both an HVAC air conditioning system and duct work for our home. They will not gouge you in pricing which seems to be a common in today's business world. Honestly and integrity would be the two words that would define Coastal Climate Experts.
