Coastal Climate Experts installed two Trane systems for me. They were ready to install within two days of my decision on the equipment. The crew was professional, well trained, experienced and quite knowledgeable about the products they were installing. The owner, Joe, was patient and answered all my questions. It's obvious he believes in the product he sells and services. The price was on par with other vendors and I was particularly pleased with the crew's willingness to take the time to do the job right. Joe & his team provide exceptional customer service. We priced many a/c companies prior to replacing our internal & external unit. Their product quality & price was the best. Joe & his team had the new units installed within 1 day notification. I recently called Joe in regards to a question about the unit operation and he came out on a Sunday!

We just replaced both AC systems with CCE. We originally put in Trane systems when we bought the home and they finally gave out. We found CCE when we were getting bids for the new systems and are so happy that we did. We are loyal and had been with the same company for 15 years, so switching was not a decision that we made lightly. Joe, the owner and his technicians have been abosultely amazing!!! Their attention to detail and customer service is unbelievable. They take pride in their work and it shows. You rarely find companies like this anymore. The new Trane Systems that they recommended are so quiet and the composite material is so much nicer than the old metal ones. We are extremely happy with everything and would definitely recommend CCE to anyone.

The technicians name was Brandon. He was extremely polite and knew exactly what the issues were almost immediately. She handled the fixing in less than an hour. I would recommend him and his company over and over again.

These guys are amazing. Ben and Mike did a wonderful job installing a new system, quick, efficient, and took the time to walk me through the process. Workmanship was great and they cleaned up as they went. Joseph walked me through the technical stuff till I understood how it worked. Great company and workers. I would recommend this group to anyone needing service or a new system.

Highly Recommend!! Very honest and reasonable .Not only did CCE give us the best quote, other companies were telling us we had to wait 3 + weeks to get the part to fix the air conditioning ….not CCE…… they had the part here and the air conditioning fixed within 3 business days. Thank you for that!! The owner Joe is hands-on. Definitely will be using CCE for all future maintenance and repairs on our air conditioning unit!!

Have you ever been without A/C for almost 3 weeks? Well let me tell you it is no fun!! After weeks of trying to get companies to help me get my compressor fixed I called around nobody really wanted to help me because my unit was still under warranty. I finally got the number to Coastal Climate Experts gave them a call spoke with Megan who right away said she be happy to help me.The next day she was able to get my compressor ordered and Once it arrived Joe and his team were right out at my house. They got it right up and going... were super friendly,helpful and honest!! I found my forever A/C company!! If I could give more than five stars I would!! Thanks for a great job!!
