My overall experience was great. The customer service when I called the office for a quote was perfect. I didn’t just get a quote I got a phone call from the owner who gave me a lot of his time to ask questions, gather plenty of information, details and talk about my concerns. I never received attitude of felt like I was being rushed off the phone. They were accommodating for my schedule and the people who showed up for the install never gave attitude or had any issues with my request for what I wanted for an end result. Even my “can you guys turn that condenser 180?” They said sure. The thunder storm didn’t even stop them. My family and I look forward to getting our ducts done this winter with them. Thank you all for your time and effort.

I called Joe late in the afternoon as our compressor stopped cooling, and we were having a house guest. He got a new one installed the next day. Joe was amazingly customer service oriented. Wayne, the installer was efficient, personable and got the job done working until after 5pm on a Friday afternoon. We are thrilled with this company and their concern for our situation and comfort. Joe and his team did a fantastic job installing our new A/C unit. He responded very quickly to my initial call when our unit went down and gave us great options to replace. He had our new unit installed within 2 days. He is my go to A/C professional.

I have had a service contract with this company for many years. They are great to deal with - very responsive - even on the weekends (even on a Sunday morning!). I was out of town for a couple of weeks this summer when the AC quit on our dog sitter. I called the CCE folks from a remote location and let them know what was up and they made it out to the house within the hour and had the AC up and running shortly thereafter.

The contract includes at least two regularly scheduled AC checks per year and on-call emergency repair - talk about peace mind! Their office staff and technicians are skilled, helpful and and professional. On the rare occasion a repair doesn't hold - they have returned to fix the problem. I can't imagine a better AC company - esp. for Florida residents.

Just had a new Trane air conditioner installed by Coastal Climate Experts this week. Joe, Megan and the the whole CCE team were great. Was able to get the new AC system installed in just a few days from ordering to installation. Very reasonable pricing. I'm happy with my new AC. Would recommend to anyone looking for a new air conditioner.
