Andy, Bret, Nick and Brian are the BEST! They are honest and will go above and beyond for their customers. They are on time or early. They are professional and courteous. They work quietly and efficiently while being friendly and answering questions. We’ve had other companies before over the 20y we’ve owned our home and Air Mechanics is 100% THE BEST. When we needed a new inside and outside unit we didn’t even bother to get other quotes because we are completely happy with their assessment and evaluation. Above all, their honesty shines through. We’ve never felt “talked into” things or like they were pushing anything we didn’t need. Thank you, Air Mechanics team! You ALL are AWESOME!

I contacted 6 companies that had excellent Google Reviews, to obtain bids for a new AC system. Air Mechanics were the first to respond (the others responded in one to 5 days). Air Mechanics not only had the best price, with the best warranty, but it was for a system that also had good reviews, based on my research. After hiring them, I had a new system up and running in less than 48 hours. Highly recommend.

Shortly after a tragic life-changing event happened to my family, our air conditioning unit completely went down and needed to be totally replaced. My husband was a fireman and his co-worker recommended Air Mechanics, LLC because it was a firefighter owned company. I am so grateful for that connection. Bret came out and assessed the situation and went above and beyond to help my family. He and his co-owner, Andy, plus their staff donated their time and even contacted their distributor to ask for their help in taking care of us. In the end we have a brand new York brand unit and my house has never been this cool. The entire staff was professional, gracious and a blessing to my family. I heard about Air Mechanics through a Fire Fighter. I called and they were very helpful and knowledgeable. Mine was a small new system install for an addition. Bret and Andy showed up right on time and within a few hours my new system was up and running. The price and professionalism is what any customer would want and expect. While they were at my house they also quickly serviced my large existing AC system at no charge because of the new install. Very impressed with the service I received. Reliable and trustworthy. I would highly recommend this company to anyone. I know I have found my go to AC company from this point forward....

I will never use another company again. These guys have a new customer for life. My ac went out and they were there within an hour to give me an estimate. I went with them and I'm so happy I did. Very pleased with the service we received from this company. Nick arrived in a timely manner. He was professional and knowledgeable. He completed the installation of our mini split unit. Within 24 hours after the original service call, Air Mechanics sourced and installed a new AC & gas furnace. The team was in and out in 6 hours and did a great job. The installation was excellent! The pricing was competitive and the system comes with a 10 year parts and labor warranty. Highly recommend this company

I love this organization! Last year when my ac died, I called the company I'd worked with for 9 years. They couldn't squeeze me in for at least a week. When I called Air Mechanics, not only did they respond right away, on a Sunday, but they walked me through some steps to try to fix the issue. When it proved more complicated, they actually sent someone out on the Sunday without gouging me! They offered a temporary ac unit while waiting for a part, but they also made an extra trip to get the part right away and fixed the issue.
My serviceman this year, Nick G, was on time, professional, friendly and broke down the technical details into layman terms. He spent the extra time making sure I understood, and suggesting interim steps to keep this old unit running. Can't thank Air Mechanics enough!

Bret Martine is not only a skilled mechanic, but he is also a pleasure to talk with. Very nice man! I would highly recommend Air Mechanics as this was my second time using them and I will be calling them anytime I need A/C maintenance or repairs in the future. Their prices are more than reasonable and they also follow-up to make sure you're still good to go.
