We use Walt's A/C Repair for our maintenance so on Labor Day weekend when we realized our A/C was not working we gave them a call. They responded quickly to our emergency, made a interim repair to get us through a few days until our part came in. They are knowledgeable, friendly and reasonably priced. Family business, very pleased with their service and honesty regarding condition of our A/C, no sales pitch to have it replaced. Will continue to use them for all our A/C needs.

Walt has provided service at both of my businesses as well as my home on numerous occasions. He's always professional, honest, and reasonably priced. Sometimes I would think it was a major problem but he would diagnose it as nothing more than a capacitor that needed to be replaced. Save me a lot of money...

We used Walt for our AC replacement. He was by far the best value and suggested things that made our AC run more efficiently and eliminated some things that were connected to our AC handler which always caused problems..... and without a huge increase in fees.

Do NOT EVER EVER USE THEIR SERVICE!!! If you try to call them they will NOT return your call. I had an issue with my AC and called and left a message and was never called back. Then obviously their lack of customer service rolls into their Real Estate too. I’m a single father looking to rent an affordable home in Satellite Beach and found the perfect place. Ironically this duplex was owened by the same family. A woman called me about the property and when she found out that my two boys were going to live with me part time she immediately changed her tone from super nice to trying to convince me that this wasn’t the place for me and my boys because we would tear it up because if it’s size?? My mother raised myself and my 3 brothers in a two bedroom house and not only did we not tear it up we filled that little home with lots of love...She promised me she would set an appointment to show me the property but I was never called back and when I call I’m sent straight to voicemail. Please think twice when using this business.

Got our very old aircon repaired and very happy with Walt AirCon. Fantastic service and fair price - Jacob was really helpful and honest about what was needed and what it would cost.
