I have been with Ryals Bros for 8 years. Did a search for a 5 star company, they came up. I called & have never had better service. They installed my air conditioning unit. They are very accommodating. Have always come the day I call. Great staff & customer service. Keep up the excellent work!!!

Carlos was our technician, and you could not ask for a nicer, and smarter A/C tech. He diagnosed our problem quickly, and even took the time to point out where our condenser was broken. He found us a used unit, and was able to get his installers out here in less than 24 hours! He also performed maintenance on our other A/Cs. He found and repaired another issue while he was here.
Their price was even more awesome than their service! I will certainly call them again when I need to.

Not only is the the quality of the work top notch, but what truly makes them stand out is the first class customer service and attention to detail. Ken the owner was not only consomate profesional but after the work was complete he checked up on us two times. Doing business with Ryals Brothers is an absolute pleasure. Being in the HVAC business myself for some 35 years I was most pleased to find a honest heating/air conditioning contractor in LakelandFlorida. After experiencing a head hunter company with their photo copy of services they preformed for outrageous prices I spent some time researching my next contact. I was most pleased when the owner of the company's showed up in work cloths. He was ready to give me a price for replacement and also and price to repair. Needless to say the repair was most affordable.
I can't say enough about the honesty I experienced with Ken, the owner. When the time comes to do a full replacement I will be calling Ryals Brother's. I live in Colorado and was here visiting my daughter. I was able to save her thousands from the head hunters. The HVAC business has gotten a black eye over the years due to dishonesty. Ryals Brother's is the real thing. Call them. You won't be sorry.

Extremely knowledgeable and able to troubleshoot my humidity and airflow problems. Listened to my concerns and designed a plan to fix the configuration of my ducts. Did what was probably a 5 day job in 2 days with a huge crew. Would reccomend this business over all 4 of the other companies I consulted with. Ken is a professional that does the job correctly without trying to cut corners or patch over problems.

Our A/C stopped cooling on a Sat. morning. I called Ryals (we have used them in the past), Carlos answered and was at our house in 20 minutes. He did a perfect job of diagnosing and resolving our problem.
The house is cooling down now. Ryals is a great company, and Carlos is a great technician.

Our A/C went out on a Sunday night, Monday morning I spoke with the owner and by the next morning we had a quote and was on the schedule for install. We had air before the weekend! The staff and team were extremely professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. During the actual install the team was prompt, everyone was very courteous and tidy! I highly recommend Ryals Brothers and am now one of their ongoing maintenance customers!

If you ever need your AC fixed, I totally recommend Ryals Bros AC! My parents have used them for over 25 years and they just came out and saved us. We've had NO air for 5 days and we were dying!! They went above and beyond when several other companies wouldn't. Ken was amazing and proved that good people do still exist in this world. <3 Words cant even express my appreciation to them for helping my little family!

Allen did an oustanding job. He was thorough and methodical as he evaluated what was wrong with our cooling and heating system. His experience with the Bryant line of systems proved valuable in our situation. He also wrote out a detailed bill afterwards. During the entire process, I never felt pressure to be upsold to an expensive alternative. I had read other online reviews of other HVAC companies beforehand and therefore I knew his suggestion to add freon at the price of only $48 per pound was very reasonable. We could not be any happier with Allen's oustanding work. When I told him how very pleased we were with his excellent work, he humbly suggested we leave a Google Review. Accordingly, we would like nominate him for EMPLOYEE of the MONTH.

If I could give 6 stars I would. Always honest, always fair on pricing, always punctual, always professional and polite. Ken and his group are absolutely fantastic in every way. I have been using them for over 10 years and I won't even consider using another A/C sales and service provider. Absolutely outstanding!!
