On 9/2/2015 my AC was blowing hot air so I called my warranty company for service. They assigned an out of town company to come look at my unit. They didn't give me the company's name, only their number so I googled it. It was full of horrid reviews. I called my warranty company to assign another repair company and they refused.

While on google looking at the other company's bad reviews I saw this company's good reviews and decided to call them. I am so very glad I did. They answered the phone immediately. The woman who answered was friendly and courteous and let me know someone would get back to me that afternoon.

Ken called me that afternoon and came right out. What can I say. What a super nice guy and treated me with respect but most of all he was honest that my AC wasn't broken. I was a dunce that forgot to check the circuit breaker after the power had gone out the night before.

I would highly recommend this company.

I called Ryals Brothers a few weeks ago and was amazed by their knowledge. Our AC Unit was originally installed by One Hour Air (before we bought the house) and learned that the original installation was done with 'the skill of a child'. After some parts of the installation were corrected, the entire system worked flawlessly. Thanks Ken for your time!

This company is not all positive reviews. I called to get service done on my AC. I explained that my insurance company requires a call from them so the insurance company can give them the authorization number to do the work since we are covered under a warranty and the secretary just blew me off and said that's too much for them to do. I explained that the house is terribly hot and we have a two-week-old baby in here and she said, still, that's too much work for them to do, to place a call that takes 90 seconds. Their lack of compassion and laziness puts them on my do-not-call list. I would not recommend this company. I called Sears and they're happy to do the work for us, including making the 90-second call.

These guys are awesome!! My A/C unit broke down on Friday at 2pm.. They had Ken and Lou there by 3:30pm the same day to fix the Unit. Within 5min, Ken new exactly what was wrong with the machine and what needed to be replaced.. He had it fixed and running in 10min tops!! These guys are amazing... My suggestion, don't waste your time with anyone else.. Call Ryals Brothers!! Thank you so much!

My central AC was not cooling. I originally called Mr. Kool-Man. The tech told me I had a leak because I was short 4lbs. I ask where, he say in the evaporator coil. He was 100% sure even without seeing the coil or using a leak detector. He told me my unit use a old style coil that is made of copper and it has a high failure rate. My repair bill was $2200 or $4500 for the both the outside coil and inside. I called Ken Elliott from Ryals Brothers Inc to get a second opinion. I got the number from a friend that highly recommends them. Ken came out and did the regular check at the outside unit and confirm the missing Freon. He went inside, took the evaporator casing apart to get access to the evaporator and use his leak detector. Result: no leaks. BTW, the coil was aluminium not copper. Went outside and found the leaks at the service port. He replaced the two valve stems and filled up the system. Cost me less than $400. I am technician(electronic and computer) myself and pride myself to be the best and do the best for others. Ken from Ryals Brothers Inc is someone I can trust to to do the right thing, both repairing A/C system and treating people fairly.

Called Ryal's for a second opinion and they really saved us! We were looking at replacing the whole a/c until they told us the most expensive part was still under warranty. Would definitely recommend and will be using Ryals Brother's in the future!
