Ken arrived as the sun began to set for his last stop on a Monday full of calls. Around midday, Tony made the first visit to diagnose what we believed to be a dead compressor. He immediately checked the refrigerant pressure and discovered the system was completely empty. At this point we began hunting for a leak. Within minutes of connecting a tank to the system Tony heard a leak from inside the outdoor unit, and after a bit more hunting, we found it.

We then Facetimed with Ken, showed him the leak and he was confident it could be soldered. So, later that evening Ken arrived and, less than 30 minutes later, the leak was patched, and the system was being filled with refrigerant. By 8:30p the house was cooling again and a comfortable night’s sleep was enjoyed.

The best around! The install team at Ryals Brother's literally just finished our install and I couldn't wait to put this review out! From start to finish, this is how customer service should be. Whether it was working with Ken, the office staff, or the techs that came to help keep us cool and/or install the new unit, we couldn't have asked for better service! It's easy to see why much of my family has done business with them for years. Thank you to Ken and your crew!

Ryals Brothers is perhaps the best A/C company in Polk county. I first used this company a couple of years ago as they were the only company in the area that would come out on short notice. After a quick repair they had my A/C running again. Recently another (Big Name) company diagnosed my system as needing compressor and quoted me pricing for new system. Comparing prices, I called Ryals Brothers again for a quote when Ken and Tim discovered that only the fan motor on the outside unit was defective. After removing the fan and a quick shot of lube my A/C was working again. These guys know their business and how to treat customer fairly!!! Unfortunately, my system has continued to have problems and it will be time to upgrade soon but I will certainly have Ryals Brothers install the new system when the time comes. Honesty and knowledge are hard to find when looking for professionals to repair items like A/C systems, but rest assured that Ryals Brothers is a fair company that only employs skilled technicians.

Ken and his team are fantastic!! They are extremely knowledgeable about their craft and are willing to educate along the way which helped to establish trust and better understanding of HVAC system. They truly go above and beyond to get the job done timely, make sure it's done right the first time, and are reasonable with all pricing. Each member of the team I've worked with have been dependable, honest, and trustworthy. They have been a family owned business for years, and if you need an a/c company, there's no one better to hire!!

This company is THE BEST. My A/C quit on a Monday after a holiday weekend and Ken still made it out to me the same day. Not having done business with their company before, when I called I was immediately impressed by the woman who answered the phone. Unlike some companies that have a answering service take their phone calls, this woman was actually part of the business and knew what was going on. She asked some questions about what I was experiencing and made a recommendation on what I should do up until when the technician arrived so that they could accurately diagnose the problem. After that she quickly checked the schedule and said that she would get someone out to me the same day. When Ken arrived I was impressed that one of the owner's was willing to make a service call in person. That is what I call dedication and commitment to quality, something that is hard to find now days. Ken was very personable and figured out the problem right away. He explained the problem in detail and demonstrated an in-depth knowledge of how the system works. The repair of my unit required the replacement of a part. Ken wanted to check on a couple of different options to try to save me some money and told me he would get back with me promptly the next morning, which he did. After I authorized the repair he came back to install the part, and also thoroughly checked over my two A/C systems to ensure they were both now operating in tip-top shape. I never felt pressured, and Ken never tried to up-sell me into any additional services. I am glad I found Ryal Brothers and will be sure to use them in the future whether it be a repair, or a full unit replacement. It is great to see a family owned company that is truly doing business the honest way. Thank you Ken!

There are a number of dishonest AC service companies in the area, but Ryals Brothers Inc is NOT one of them. This company charges a fair price, is extremely honest with business practices and knows how to treat its customers. The staff is very friendly and respectful.

As you know each and every business has bad days from time to time. I happened to be scheduled when they were not having a good day. But the owner Ken not only contacted me to apologize, he came to the next call to ensure I was pleased with his business. He went over and above to ensure I was completely satisfied. I don't know how many businesses would do this. I really feel customers come first at the Ryals Brothers Inc.

These guys are exceptional!!! The owner Ken is extremely knowledgeable and easy to speak with. Their staff is very professional, straight forward and are quick to respond to any emergent call. My AC stopped working and as soon as I called Ken had a Tech out to my house in less than 30 minutes. Carlos arrived looking very profesional and is quite possibly the most knowledgeable AC technician that I have ever met. Being somewhat technical myself, I was astonished at how quickly Carlos identified my issue which was a hole in my condenser intake line. I would highly recommend these guys for repairs and installs, they’re a great group of people!!!

I am beyond impressed with Ryals Brothers! I came home today and found water running through a wall and leaking through an electrical box causing the paint to bulge. I looked online to see what could cause that and immediately started looking up AC repair companies. I chose Ryals Brothers based on the great reviews and am happily adding another 5 star rating. I called 15 minutes before they closed expecting to have to wait until at least tomorrow to schedule a service call. Instead the receptionist called the owner to see if someone could come out tonight. Within minutes she called me back and was able to have someone come out within just over an hour! The service tech was incredible. He was very professional and knowledgeable. Not only did he fix the issue, but he explained it to me in a way I could understand and gave me a really great price. I called in in the morning cause my A/C wasnt working. They sent a rep (gentleman named Murat) in the afternoon and immediately found the issue and replaced a contact switch in the outside blower unit and the A/C was fixed. Very professional and prompt service, will definitely call them for all my HVAC needs.

Ryals was incredible: fast, friendly, and, most of all, KNOWLEDGEABLE! Our house wasn’t cooling properly and system was working hard to play catch up. I called another local AC company that failed to give me a good report and just suggested replacing my system without further looking into things. I called Ryals for a second opinion after seeing their great Google reviews. Within 5 minutes of arriving, Alan located the problem and Ryals was quick to fix the issue and now we’re great shape. Highly recommend!
