Ken and RYALS Brothers air conditioning and heating are experts at what they do . After having two other companies come out to repair our system and determined we needed a brand new system. Ken and Matt fixed our unit and it is running perfect… better than it has in months. It is not making a loud sound on start up and they said we have time left on our existing unit. Honesty and hard work is hard to come by lately BUT with RYALS BROTHERS is exactly what we received. Thank you so much for being on time, your work ethic, dedication and honesty. This company was referred to me by my realtor. You can tell immediately that these guys know what they're doing. They had to fix the ac in the main part of the house then here we are 2 weeks later and I needed them for my ac on my addition. Brian and Ken came out even though it was late in the day and didn't complain not once. they immediately found the problem and had it fixed quickly. Ryals Brothers Air Conditioning & Heating in Crystal Lake is phenomenal. We had a great new HVAC system installed in April 2021, multiple ductwork repairs and an extra air return put in our master bedroom, plus a UV filter and new WiFi/digital thermostat. Zero issues, and hard, honest workers. We also recommended them to friends who paid big bucks to a different company for a new HVAC because that company messed up so many things and Ryals fixed them right up. Good people.

We are very satisfied with the installation of our new A/C system. Bryan and his crew were very professional and respectful of my home. They covered our furniture and laid drop clothes throughout our home to keep dirt from tracking in. The owner Ken showed up and helped with the install which made me feel very comfortable to know he was hands on with my installation. I would recommend and use this company again. I cannot recommend this company enough. Our air went out on a Thursday night. Friday morning I called several places, none of which were able to get to us earlier than Saturday. Fortunately I found Ryals Brothers. They were able to make it out to our house Friday afternoon. Ken and Murat came to the house after six o'clock that night following some difficult work at another location. They were able to identify the problem instantly, and despite the late hour returned to their shop to grab the necessary part and installed it that night. Ken even offered to check to see if the part they replaced is under warranty...if it turns out that it is, Ryals Brothers said they will refund the cost of the part. That is definitely going the extra mile for a customer; I never would have thought that was even a possibility. If you need any work done to your AC system at all, definitely call this company. You will not be disappointed in their level of professionalism, knowledge of your system, and fair pricing. Thank you Ken and Murat for your help!

There aren't words to describe how amazing Ken and his team are at Ryals Brothers. They both planned and installed a custom ductless configuration to meet our unique home's needs. Ken made sure that we were 100% happy with our new install, even checking in months after to get updates and progress reports of how much more efficient and cost effective our new units were. Ryals Brothers' knowledge, attention to detail, craftsmanship and expertise are unmatched in my opinion. And my family can not thank him enough for the professional job he and his team did in our historic home.

Ryals Brothers is the best! We use them because the previous owners of our home recommended them and they have proven to be lifesavers! They go above and beyond regularly - whether coming on a Sunday for an emergency, fixing a crooked vent they notice, or completely sealing and cleaning up the closet the a/c unit was in when they did our new a/c install... They are always impressing us. They are professional, trustworthy, and do top quality work!

I called several companies, througout my area that service Mulberry. Most will not quote repairs and I wasn't sure if I needed a drain line replacement or just a modification to get it to drain correctly. Ken Ryals who I believe is current owner of Ryals Bothers, Inc., the two brothers who originally started it passed away. Don't be worrried though because this guy learned all of their experience and appears to be very qualified. Most importantly, he does what he says, shows up assessed the situation and only charged me for what was required. Cleaned out my bacteria white slime that built up over time and reran my drain line via a small modification. Believe you want a company that 1). Shows up on-time as scheduled. 2). Assessed the situation and quoted me a fair price for the job. 3). Does the job as expected. I wouldn't give this guy a one star if he did what several other AC people had wanted to do. Believe me, quality technicians are far and few between in Florida with all the hillbilly mentatlity and con-men. I took a chance based on the 160 plus positive reviews that I read and the service that was performed. I will use Ken's services for maintenance or repair again hes my new AC/HVAC guy....Dr. Freeze, LOL I like it HAH!
