I wish I would have called Ryals first. After wasting money with another AC repair company, a friend told me about Ryals. The service was amazing, and everyone was so nice and explained everything I needed to know. It’s such a blessing to find a company the is honest and reliable. My entire unit inside and outside my home was replaced today. They cleaned up and made sure my home was exactly the way they found it. My family and I could not be happier with the work completed by Ryals. Thank you Ryals. You are awesome! I highly recommend Ryals.

We have had trouble finding a reliable a/c company that we feel we can trust. So when it was time to replace our a/c unit we decided to shop around. We tried 3 different companies including Ryals Brothers and two of those companies either never showed up to give us a bid or waited days to give a us a return call.

But Ryals Brothers responded to our call right away. Ken came out to our home and made sure that the unit we had did indeed need replacing and when he agreed that it did he gave me a fair price and written proposal by email within an hour that included the unit, all necessary duct work, a new thermostat and all taxes.

I felt very comfortable working with Ken and when we gave them the ok they even offered to install window a/c units to keep us comfortable until our new unit could be installed.

When the install date came the workers were very professional and respectful. They had the new unit up and running in just a few hours and it has worked great since then for a few weeks now. I'm very happy with my experience with Ryals Brothers and I plan on using them for all maintenance for the new unit as well.

My wife just had surgery and the A/C broke down so I shut it off and called Ryals Brothers. They came the same day and found a burnt out heater switch and wire and replaced them both in the air handler up in that hot attic this September. They clean up and turned ion the A/C and it started cooling right away. My wife really appreciated all that they did so quickly. If you want a great and very reliable Air Conditioner repair then I suggest Ryals Brothers. I have been with them for many years and I always get professional service and repairs. My wife loves them! They are the best!!!!

Had another company sent by our home warranty and they tried to scam us saying we needed an entire new unit. Ken came out and determined and fixed the issue quickly at a fraction of the cost. Top notch and would never use another HVAC company they have a customer for life.

I had a complete Bryant heat pump system installed by Ryals Brothers recently, including all new duct work. They were done in ONE day. They were a professional, well-managed team. Each technician had specific duties and they worked like a well-oiled machine. Neat and conscientious. They brought large drop cloths and didn't leave any mess. Their reputation and rave reviews are well deserved. I highly recommend Ryals Brothers.

My husband and I decided to call for a second opinion after another local AC company (that did our install 2 years ago) told us there were parts that had gone bad on our AC unit, when they came out for the maintenance. We had this other company “replace” these parts they indicated were bad and paid over $250 for the repairs (and that was the ‘warranty’ price)
Rodrigo and Murat came out and inspected everything and confirmed my husband and I’s suspicions. Not only did they not replace both parts they said were bad, but charged us for, the one part they replaced was not the proper size for our unit and was not hooked up properly and could’ve electrified the whole outside unit. Rodrigo and Murat not only confirmed all of this but also indicated that typically a warranty repair is only around $55, which is the cost for the warranty claim. Not only did Rodrigo and Murat fix the errors made by the other company they did a full service on our unit as that wasn’t done either. They took the time to answer all of our questions, explained everything in a way we could understand and honestly really restored our trust.
The office staff and technicians are world class and I highly recommend Ryals Brothers to anyone with HVAC needs. They are the best around and have our business for life. They are good, trustworthy people and they will not steer you wrong.

I had the best experience in a long, long time today, when I called Ryals Brothers, after my AC unit quit working. Keep in mind that is a Sunday and it's 7pm. The owner of the company, Ken Elliott, came to my house within 30 minutes. He figured out what the problem was, had the new part on his van and got my AC working by 8pm. In my opinion, that's as good as it gets and I would never use anyone else for any AC issues in the future. Ryals Brothers is the most honest and efficient HVAC company in the state of Florida.

Need a trusted AC company? You need not look any further than Ryals Brothers. Ken and his team are knowledgeable and professional. I've had several companies service our AC over the years and none have measured up to the high level of service and expertise of Ryals. Our system was 20 years old, breaking down every few months and very inefficient. Ken sat with us and explained several options that fit within our budget. No sales pressure, no dancing around... Ken kept it simple and he had our new system up and running in less than a day. I highly recommend Ryals Brothers.

If you're looking for a quality, clean install from a top notch, professional team with a regard for customer service and exceptionalism, then you've found the right company. We've had two units and duct work replaced by Ken and his team over the past year and a half. I'm a difficult customer and had many requests for Ken and his team. During my installs, the Ryals Brothers team was met with challenges and on both occasions, they exceeded my expectations. This included an in depth research on a thermostat unit I had my heart set on. And when I mean in depth, I mean a complete beta test at their office to determine the reliability of the unit I wanted with the combo they had installed at my house. They strive to obtain complete customer satisfaction and this is what makes them, in my opinion, the best in Polk County.

I recently came back from a trip on a Sat.at 5:30 pm to my house. The temp. was measuring 90 degrees. I contacted Ken, the owner of the company and he not only sent an excellent employee out but also came out himself. This particular unit I have was bought from a different company as I did not know Ryals Brothers Inc. at the time of purchase.
They were able to get me up and running over the weekend and drove to Tampa for a coile that had blown on Monday. The company also did the research to check on whether or not my coile was still under warranty and found out it was.
Each and every person who works for Ryals Brothers Inc. has been professional, knowlegable and unbelievably kind and caring!
