HANDS DOWN...one of the BEST referrals that I have ever received! The folks at Ryals Bros. are honest; experienced; friendly, yet professional; take pride in their workmanship; have fair prices; and they care about their customers. Who does business that way anymore?!?! Ryals Bros. isn't looking to take advantage of people or sell them something they don't need. They have consistently exceeded MY expectations over 10 yrs and I am very particular about who I give my hard earned money to. My only wish is that they worked on cars, plumbing, and appliances as well, because I would use them for everything! GREAT company with GREAT employees and I would highly recommend them.

I am writing this review on behalf of my parents. My parents have a home here in Lakeland, but my dad works in Texas. While my mom was here visiting for a few weeks, their 20 year old a/c unit went out. After a very unpleasant, high pressure, and stressful experience with another a/c company, my mom contacted Ryals.

My mom wanted me to specifically mention how instrumental Trish was in relieving all of her concerns throughout the process. Ryals Bros went above and beyond what they had to do in order to help my parents out under these circumstances. They presented a deal that I don't believe any other company could have matched. The employees showed on time, were very professional, and came ready to work.

For anyone looking to get a/c work done, do not look any further. Ryals Bros. WILL take care of you. The way they do business is a lost art. Family oriented, professional, and quality over quantity. You are not just another number to them.

After feeling cheated by an AC company here in Lakeland I was pretty down. They made me believe that I had to replace my whole unit because it was very expensive to fix and that my ac unit is to old to dump any money in it. That is when I called Ryals to get an estimate on a new unit to compare prices. They came out the same day to check things out and told me that my unit just needs to be Properly serviced and addressed the issue that I didn't know I was having so the issue would not happen again. It was really nice to see that kind of customer service! I will be recommending them to all my friends. Thank you guys!!

Wow! Ken and his crew did an awesome job installing a new a/c unit today. Their pricing was fair and the workmanship was the best. Thanks guy for a job well done. It's so nice and cool now! I highly recommend them.

They are great, finally found a air conditioning company, I told my family and friends. Also saving money on my electric bill too! I have used many air conditioning people in the past, not satisfied with, finally found the right one the Ryals brothers, very nice people.

Our air had stopped cooling during the night. Called Ryals Brothers first thing in the morning. Allen was here around 12:30 and had the problem fixed within ten minutes. I highly recommend this company. They will definitely be getting my business if needed in the future.

I can't say enough good things about this company. They are very efficient, friendly & above all, honest. The guys doing the work were so nice & respectul. Mr. Ryals dropped by while the installation was being done and personally called me after the job was completed. I wouldn't think of ever using anyone else. I'd highly recommend them to anyone without hesitation.

Today, Ryals Brothers earned a new customer. On Saturday afternoon my AC quit cooling and was just blowing room air. Fortunately the nights were cool, so I was able to sleep without the air for 2 nights until I could call someone on Monday morning. My unit is over 22 years old, so I had already convinced myself that I would have to replace it at a very high cost. I called on Monday morning and the receptionist (I forget her name) was very polite and I told her that I had to work and was hoping for an appointment on Tuesday morning. She said she would schedule a tech to come out after I got off work and take a look. I mentioned to her that the unit was old and she said to let the technician look at it and see what could be done. I was still sure that the whole thing would need replacing. As I was leaving work, Keith (the technician) called to see if he could stop by early, since he wasn't running late. I told him I could meet him in 30 minutes and when I got home, he was already there. I told Keith about my system being old and no longer blowing cold air. He asked if the outside unit was running too. I didn't know so we turned it on and both units (inside and outside) came on. Keith said that both units coming on is a good sign. He checked the outside unit and found a problem with the capicitor. He replaced it and the system was up and running. At no time was I pressured to buy a new system, even though I was expecting to have to buy one. Because of my experience, I am totally sold on this company and will be recommending them to all my friends and neighbors. Thank you Keith and my unnamed receptionist.

We had Ken and the guys from Ryals Brothers out to completely replace all the ductwork under our house. Not an easy job at all due to the lack of space under the house, but these guys were determined to get the job done. After a few hours of getting all the old stuff out, and not knowing if they were able to get it all put back together, one of the guys went and bought a couple new portable units to give us some relief from the higher temps throughout the house. After working well past normal hours, everything was hooked back up, system was tested, everything was checked and cleaned, and air was blowing cold through the new ductwork. I would highly recommend Ryal's Brothers Inc. for AC work. All the guys were respectful, courteous, and they got the job done correctly. They even brought in additional guys after hours to make sure it got done. They went above and beyond to make sure it was done right. We are very grateful for the service they provided.

If I could give a 10 star rating then I would and here is why. Air National (do not waste your money) installed my new A/C and air handler ( $5,700) in 2008 in my 1973 remodeled home. They said that they would register the system for 10 years........NOT! Only a five year warranty, then a month later leaks, so they said the old pipes needed to be replaced which cost over 1700 more which should have been done from the beginning. So I had Payne A/C (do not waste your money)take care of problems that started in 2011,they cost me even more to keep it running. I had to call Payne twice in the same day and they knew the warranty ran out in a few days. Needless to say the A/C quit cooling again a few days later when the warranty expired on the air handler coil. Get the picture. I will never use Air National or Payne A/C again and I hope you don't either, both really made me feel ripped off.
So this time instead of looking in the phone book for help I went by word-of-mouth from other home owners and my son. His friends parents praised Ryals Brothers for the fair pricing, outstanding work they did and the fast service. I called and the owner came out and checked the system, found the air handler coil leak and found out that our name was in the warranty system from a coil replacement of the A/C company and got the part at no cost to us except for coolant and labor. They installed the part, vacuumed the system, charged it up with coolant, checked for any leaks and had us cooling off fast. Every one was very helpful, professional and very understanding of the problems and cost that we had been having. This is a family owned, honest business and they do take pride in their work and make the customers feel that they are getting the best service in Lakeland and at a fair price!!! A/C systems don't last for ever like anything made by man. Believe me these are the men you want to call to repair or replace it.
