McGowan's Heating & Air Conditioning

I had an issue with my A/C not cooling my house. I called them because they were the installer on my unit when the house was built. They came and inspected the unit. It was the coil. Since the unit was already 7yrs old I decided not to invest $3800 into my old unit and opted to purchase a new Bryant unit that came with a 10yr warranty. The unit was installed today

The technician actually called to come earlier than the estimated time. A very pleasant and helpful young man. Look forward to working with this company.

They really eased my stress. Came out and looked at my a/c without charge because I’m still under warranty. I’m set for repair and they left the fan on so I’d be comfortable until then. Thank you so much.

Update: my a/c was repaired in December right before Christmas. The young man who came out was very professional and explained everything to me. Today I received my annual maintenance and the worker showed up on time and was very professional. He had a lot of experience and explained everything to me along with future recommendations. The service was very quick and they provided a detailed invoice sent to my email. I am so happy with the service with this company. Thank you all so much.

I have used McGowan's for 6 years and have been pleased with the service I received. I need to give a shout out to Andres who serviced my air conditioner c a few days ago. He was very personable, polite, knowledgeable, and professional. He told me what he was doing each step of the way, so I didn't have to ask questions. His service was more complete than any other I have received, and he sent a copy of what he had done. Kudos to Andres!

Called on Sunday 7am. Fixed by 5pm. Our usual a/c company couldn’t get here for 8 freaking days. Going to switch to McGowans for regular maintenance. Thank you!
