Likely the worst home decision I've ever made was calling Waychoff's for installation and service. Charging exorbitant flat rates for warranty work, $650 to replace a circuit board under warranty (but the contactor is bad too, we're going to give you that for free...gee thanks, glad the warranty covers that), 'oh sorry, looks like this problem caused a problem with the thermostat, but good news, I happen to have a replacement, only $250...more" replacing (also under warranty) with a different brand thermostat. Previously charged $160 for a capacitor (less than one year after installation) - also under warranty. Also appreciate the care taken ripping the old thermostat off the wall.
We were thoroughly satisfied with the best customer service from our initial call for service to the service technician, Buster who sealed our loyalty to Waychoff’s for our air conditioning needs. The professionalism and the care taken by Buster to explain in laymen’s terms and provide accurate estimates and sign us up gladly for the service plan was the epitome of excellent service. We will only ask for Buster as the compliments are certainly earned. Thank you and continued success!
First let me say the tech we had, Cornelius, was great and very professional. He was on time, cleaned up and knowledgeable. But the pricing from Waychoff’s (not techs fault) was outrageous. Our unit is under warranty and they were charging $980 for just labor to change out a blower motor (that we were told would take about 15-30 minutes to do). I ended up using another company and they charged us $450. Won’t be calling Waychoff’s again…rip off

They were able to come several days earlier than they originally told us, which was a huge relief, as my mother’s AC was out during these days of very hot weather. Buster, the technician, was top notch. He was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He was honest and helpful without overselling and we would 💯 request him again. I highly recommend them!

He displayed an impressive attention to detail, ensuring that every aspect of the maintenance was thoroughly addressed. Dwayne's dedication went above and beyond as he not only carried out the necessary tasks but also took the time to explain everything to me, ensuring my understanding of the system's functioning. It was evident that he genuinely cared about providing accurate information, as he even made calls to his office to obtain additional details when needed. His commitment and thoroughness were truly commendable.

Cale came out to my house, he was very professional and honest. Within an hour or so our AC unit was up and running back to normal. We have been using Waychoffs for over 3 years on a routine basis. I would highly recommend getting Cale as your service technician each time.
Had my system serviced was thoroughly impressed from fast appointment time, to polite punctual professional service tech Austin was knowledgeable and made sure all of my questions were answered and concerns addressed. Highly recommend and definitely earned a repeat customer. Thanks
Terrible company. Just stay away. I think they enjoy warranty customers so that they can continuously bill against your warranty. 3 technicians, 3 different stories, 3-4 hour diagnostics with zero answers each time. 1 call to another company and 1 hour diagnostic and boom we are in business and operating. Waychoffs should be ashamed at the quality of technicians that they employ, at least the ones I dealt with.
