Tron and Eddie arrived on time, were very pleasant/friendly.
They explained what they would be doing to remove the existing air handler and compressor and install the new air handler/compressor/thermostat. Billy also stopped by to check what was initially thought to be an issue, turns out they were able to make the corrections. I truly appreciate the work performed by Tron and Eddie. I am definitely telling my friends about this company. Thank you for restoring heat to my home!

A/C Designs installed my original a/c system when my home was built 15 years ago. The job was done very well and the unit never suffered ANY problems in 15 years. We decided it was time for a new and more efficient a/c system so of course we call A/C Designs first. Troy Howell came out quickly and gave us a very good price on a new Carrier system. Even though we were in no hurry A/C Designs quickly put us on their schedule and the new system was installed in short order. The installers were very professional, did an excellent job, cleaned up everything and explained in detail how to manage the new system.
This is a quality company with professional employees and I highly recommend A/C Designs.

Had my AC unit serviced in February by Chris M, top notch service he went above and beyond. Very professional and thorough. Had my EVAP cleaned today and low and behold it was Chris again, once again top notch service from home. Best tech I’ve had here.

Got the outside unit and inside unit new carrier. Rob the sales rep was amazing, responsive and did not pressure us! Which is amazing he helped with the green sky financing. The girls that picked up the phone were professional, they get in touch with you about the building permit which I suggest you get! The crew that came anthony was one of them do not recall the other gentleman's name were professional cleaned up and communicated and worked hard. I also got new wires done since i was getting a new system. I was nervous to get a new system since it was an expensive purchase, but everyone answered all the questions i asked and followed up. When in doubt reach out to Rob he's honest and reliable!

Chris responded to our service call today to do our scheduled maintenance for the AC. He was very professional and courteous. He did a very thorough check and cleaning of the air handler and compressor. He gave me some recommendations of preventative maintenance to pro long the life of our 8 year old system but wasn’t pushy at all. I will be asking for him to respond now on!
