Derek Joy provided excellent customer service, was on-time, diagnosed problem; fixed my A/C system that was not cooling with professionalism! He is courteous, respectful, very knowledgeable, and a joy to have him as our maintenance and service technician. He is an asset to Waychoff!
Very dishonest company to work with. I had them install a heat pump. The system never performed as advertised. The unit was not able to control the humidity in the house. Waychoff was not honest about what the unit could do and not honest about fixing the unit. Whaychoff is refusing to honor their written satisfaction guarantee which makes the guarantee worthless. So far I regret ever working with this company. What is worse is company management hides, you cant get anyone on the phone. More to follow.
They did a great job installing my new unit in 2021. I had to have the AC drain pipe flushed, and had someone come out that charged me $400 for that. The prices should have been given to me up front because I would have never agreed to that. Insane cost for something routine.
Buster did a great job! He was very nice, and got the job done in a timely manner. I fell like other companies try to get you to spend more money than you need to, but Buster was very genuine! I will recommend him to friends in the future.
Company responded right away. Followed up with calls/texts to let me know the technician was on the way. Air conditioning troubleshooting service performed by Allan. He was on-time, professional and knowledgeable.
Workers were polite, professional, and thorough. The way they approach the job demonstrated care about what they do. Everything was explained to us, and any problems encountered were solved. They even buttoned up everything very nicely. There were no wires hanging all over the place. We got three estimates from different contractors. The services that were included, far exceeded what other contractors could provide for a cost.
Unfortunately I had to call to schedule my second maintenance visit which was part of my service contract. I was told the first appointment would be about 30 days out BUT a couple days later I got a call and a service visit was scheduled. Christian was our service tech, he was on time, very professional, explained what he was doing, cleared my nearly clogged condensate line and then shared some recommendations for additional. He did not push any of the recommended but just said we should think about it since our unit is 9 years old. I appreciated how he handled that.
Tony and Christian ( apprentice) arrived on time and were professional and friendly. I appreciated their efforts to keep me updated and aware of possible future issues to be aware of. Apparently, we should replace our system in the not too distant future, but I did not feel pressured to "sign on the dotted line" immediately. A very positive visit.
this firm bought out the previous firm who installed my AC in 2016, in addition to their old phone number. When I called and scheduled an appointment, we chose from 6-10 PM. The next day, they called at 4 PM, asking me to drive home early from work to accommodate the proximity of their repair man.
I took time off from work and drove home. Their technician was very "salesy" in my opinion. He said my capacitor had to be replaced. The part was under warranty but they charged me close to $160 to replace it in the 30 minutes the technician was there.
Then they said I needed 2 lbs. of Freon. They charged me $279 per lb., which seemed expensive. I called two random AC competitors the next day and their estimates were $109 and $125 per lb.
I called back Waychoff's from a different # and asked how much their Freon was per lb. and the operator refused to answer/tell me a price.
Austin B. did a fantastic job looking over my whole unit. He was here for the heating system tune up and went through the system with precision. He was very polite and professional, answered every question I asked him, and I was very pleased with the work he accomplished. I already recommended him, and Waychoff's to my neighbor because he did such a great job! Thank you!!
