Waychoff's Air Conditioning

Came out the day after I called. Had very flexible hours for scheduling. Tech was great and all in all a quick and easy process.

This review is overdue since Rick actually came out a few months ago, but he did such a wonderful job that I wanted to be sure to still put in a review for him. Thankfully we don't have to do home repairs very often, but that means when we do have something come up, it seems like a big deal to me or I get stressed about it. Thankfully Rick took all of the worry out of the situation. He thoroughly went over everything he was going to do to get our AC system running again, and even recommended a budget-friendly strategy to prolong the life of our system. So, I feel like we got very good value for the money and our AC is still running great. He was super friendly, knowledgeable, courteous (he offered to go around the house so he didn't walk-through), communicative (he called when he was on the way and even followed up the next day). He also showed up right on time and wore a mask without me even asking. Rick definitely gave us 5-star service and Waychoff's and Rick has customers for life with us. Highly recommend.

Joseph and David arrived on time and worked exhaustively in the Florida heat to install a new A/C system. They were very thorough, professional and clean-up was perfect. Thank you for sending a great team. All A/C services were spot on!!! I even cooked them chocolate chip cookies!!! Thank you all...they deserve more than a pat on the back I would say.

Trace was outstanding! He was kind, knowledgeable, and did great work. As a new homeowner, I am still learning about what's needed and recommended to keep the system functioning without issues, and Trace was helpful in walking through some tips and tricks! I look forward to seeing him for the routine maintenance in 6 months! I was also so happy to be able to schedule a same day appointment so easily!

Nick was awesome as he explained everything for me. The system had frozen up but would be fine once thawed. I really appreciated his professionalism and of course the same day service. Thanks again

Austin did a great job! He was thorough, explained the risks and was able to get R-22. Waychoff is quick to respond and very professional. Their prices are very competitive and there are no surprises. They are “up front” with what to expect.

Three generations of my family has used Waychoff for decades. I’ve always been happy and felt like I could trust them and that the services they provided were a great value.

Then I had to call in an urgent repair when my system went out yesterday. The tech that showed up quoted $1,000 minimum for repair of two small parts. Got a second opinion and the repair was completed in less than 2 hours for 1/3 of the price quoted by Waychoff. One of the two parts that supposedly needed to be replaced was in perfect working condition, and the other one was half the price installed. I’m out $109 for Waychoff’s tech to come out and give me the bad quote, as well. Will not use them again!

We had a service call from Waychoff's yesterday. The Tech they sent out was extremely rude, and not helpful whatsoever. We are a small non profit and after they failed to communicate they weren't coming when they said they would on Thursday night, decided to come on Friday during our busiest time, with 100 people in our auditorium for an event. We are a small business and I as the only employee had to manage the 100 guests we had, and deal with the air guy. He proceeded to tell me that he came unequipped to deal with our high ceilings (although we told the intaker our units were on the roof.) He said he called his manager and that they would not provide a ladder to reach the units. I then had to run around our business complex asking our neighbors if they had a ladder large enough, as we did not. He proceeded to tell me that if going next door took too long he would have to start charging me for his time.
I was not able to secure a ladder, and he left rudely and abruptly.
I will not use Waychoff's in my future. and will tell others to do the same. completely unprofessional and rude business.

Great experience with this company! Steve was phenomenal, he is professional, respectful, great communication and knowledge, would highly recommend to a friend or family member!

We have used Waychoff's for the last few years. We could not be more pleased. They are honest, dependable and hardworking. They explain what they are going to repair and/or going to install. After the work is completed, they clean everything up and go over what work they have completed. If you have a new installation, a supervisor will come out and inspect the work that was performed on the unit at that time. We have had 3 different service tech groups come out this week. They all did a fantastic job for our family!
