Starting with Matt who gave us our quote, very knowledgeable, answered all questions and very professional. Installation crew was David and Joe, David was lead and extremely knowledgeable, professional and informative. He took his time and did the job right which is much appreciated and finally Kati who was the install coordinator, she provided me updates as well as paperwork I requested. Overall we are very satisfied and our unit is running perfectly. Thanks to all.

KEVIN was excellent. He arrived early and got our ac unit fixed super fast. I signed up for the yearly plan since I have used this company before… Kevin was very personable and knowledgeable about his job. Thank you so much!

The guys performing the duct cleaning and install were great. Only thing and I loved the young man. He needed to be careful dragging his hose across and around walls and knocking over stuff. He didn't actually knock anything over because I Jumper and grabbed my wife's dolphin figurines. Nothing broken, so we're good. He did a good job. Very polite and respectful.

We called McGowan's to service our AC Unit as it went down Wednesday during one of the hottest days in FL. They said they could come out the next day with no specific time- cool. Waited all day for them. No call, no show. We called that Friday to get a status and a representative said they'd be in our area "shortly". They came almost an hour later and by then the afternoon storms came rolling in. A technician came in and said "I can't do anything in the rain. I'll be back tomorrow at 2". Saturday, again, nothing. No call, no show. I called them at 3 PM and said no one came by. The rep says "I don't have an appointment for you at all in the books..". I said "I'll just go with someone else." Rep, "K" then hangs up. The worst customer service ever. Absolutely no point in making an appointment only to have you wait home all day with no communication. I would not recommend this service.

My A/C was down completely. My technician, Tony, did a superb job diagnosing the problem and making the necessary repairs promptly and professionally. My A/C is now running well , and my home is cool and comfortable. Thank you , Tony, for your great service!

Guillermo was EXCELLENT! He arrive on time, asked about my AC system and explained everything he was going to complete during this service visit. He took time with me to review and educate me as he worked. I felt that Guillermo took ownership in my investment- almost like it was his. From that I felt so comfortable - like I was receiving “White Glove Service”. Aside from his service, he showed me how to do proper monthly maintenance to keep my system in good working order. Never before have I experienced service like I did today! McGowans - if you’re listening and reading this, I only want Guillermo to service my system! Great job Guillermo and thank

Our tech was super, he informed us of all he was doing and where all the specs were and what he recommended. Andres(?) Chavez was the tech and he's good at his job, thanks for a great job and all you did. Recommend McGowans for all your HVAC needs.

We’ve been with McGowens for over five years now. We have nothing but the best to say about everyone they have sent our way. Most recently Mr. K Williams did an excellent job. He was honest, thorough and took great care of our system. We will be requesting him again in the future! Go Navy!

What an amazing family owned business! They were able to get me in for an appointment immediately. nowadays that's just unheard of especially after covid everything is awaiting process. But not with McGowan's they replaced my entire air conditioning unit unless then 4 hours. I'm so grateful for their services. I highly recommend them.

Wesley was great in explaining the issues with my current unit. Also explaining my options to get repaired or replaced. He was very punctual, respectful, courteous and helpful. I would highly recommend McGowan's hearing and air. Been a loyal customer since 1986.
