Was not happy with initial installation of a mini split unit for my garage. In retrospect, much of the problems were the result of miscommunication in selecting the best location for the unit. So, partly, I am to blame for that. McGowan and their management (Matt) stepped up to make everything right. The same crew that did the initial install came out and uninstalled the system and completely reinstalled the system in a different location. They were polite, professional and worked with me and listened to my input. The result is a beautiful installation that is in an optimum location. Thank you Matt and Team. You have my business and loyalty now.

Matt was very knowledgeable and showed me why my capacitor went out and needed replacement. He also installed a new UV light and bulb for our AC unit. And he also was timely getting the appointment time we requested. He as very professional and very thorough with cleaning and repairing the system. I’d highly recommend AC maintenance to keep your AC working well and problem free.

They were great service during the busy holiday coming, my AC unit stopped working and I needed the heat for our cold weekend coming and they fit me in and came the same day as I called and got it fixed. Very kind, worked fast, got mine running again. Will call them again when I need it.

Was out of ac for a week and called a few places McGowan was the first to know how quickly we needed help. And I had ac the next day!!

Kevin was fantastic! My nest was not happy with a recent thunderstorm and Kevin exhausted his resources to find the fix! This company is a class act!

Garrick was the tech and he performed several checks and cleaning not by previous techs you have sent. eg: hosed down the outside compressor, opened and checked part of the compressor that no other tech had done before and found a leaking of oil. I always attend all the checks by your techs so am able to observe what is being done and compare previous checks by McGowan's. Thank you for sending him.
