Please don't use this company. I called to get my AC fixed....the technician was initially responsive....until he took my cash, then he wouldn't respond and would tell me he couldn't get to my home because he was busy...I paid almost $300 after getting a warranty and an alleged cleaning which I was told would fix the issue....my AC was only cool for 8 hours. After calling and texting the tech, his response to the unit not cooling was "wow really?" So after not coming back I called another AC company. Their tech confirmed my unit was never cleaned and the issue was the motor which they replaced. Once again I reached out to TLC and all they did was mail me a check for $86. I've asked for a refund as their tech lied and didn't clean my unit and didn't properly diagnose the issue. They are more of a sales company, they get you to buy the warranty and then once they have your money, they don't respond to calls. I will NEVER use this company again!

Have had them work on my A/C system twice in the last six months (for separate issues since my unit is so old) and they were early to arrive at my home both times, with a courtesy call both instances to confirm I was comfortable with the earlier arrival time.

Each visit the technician was courteous, professional and timely... careful to explain service options needed for each of the repairs, and cost in a clear non-tech manner.

They were professional and effective enough the first visit to warrant me calling them again... and if I have any further trouble with my a/c (that shouldn't even work anymore it's so old) TLC is the only company I'm calling.

I bought a contract with them.
I can't recommend this company at all the owner should fire his management team and most of his techs. I had called them out twice to fix my ac unit the first time the tech said everything was fine he just tightened the door. (He didnt check the ducts under the house like in they are supposed to.) The he had to come back and fixed the duct but left the other duct loose it eventually loosened up and then I called the main office to schedule another visit. They came out and fixed the other duct no big deal on the charge there however the the jerk tech charged me for a outdoor coil cleaning with low pressure cleaning agent and light rinse even though the platinum contract I purchased covered it. I wish my idiot roommate could read even though my roommate is a retard it doesn't excuse predatory practices.
Stay away from these guys if you value your wallet.

On 2/25/2016, TLC came over to my mother's home due to a previously scheduled system checkup and told her she needed a new heat pump/ air handler for the amount of $5000 dollars. My mother is 83 years old, blind in one eye , macular degeneration in the other eye and is recently widowed (my father). I had been in the process of taking over my mothers affairs, finances/bill pay/ everyday running of her household at her request due to her inability to see and her inability to make informed decisions on simple tasks, such as determining wether a heat pump needs to be replaced or not. As soon as I heard about her saying "ok" to a new system, I call the company to discuss what transpired. TLC told me " my brother was there an gave his ok". After further investigation on my part, my brother informed me he "never approved anything" So, within 4-5 hrs of my mother approving a $5000 home improvement bill that she could not afford, My brother call TLC to cancel the install. TLC is currently trying to collect a "restocking fee" of $350.00 from my mother. Communication with TLC to try to drop this "restocking fee" due to the extenuating circumstances has been fruitless. I will NEVER do business with this company. It has been 2 months since this started and TLC has requested from our credit card company to reinstate the $350.00 charge. We have resubmitted a hold with our credit card company. We WILL NOT pay a restocking fee. I'll let readers of this review to come to their own conclusions of wether this company is not a company that anyone would feel comfortable doing business with. It has been two months since this began and my mothers air conditioning system is working great. No one has been out to fix it because it wasn't broken. The only reason I selected one star is to submit a review. TLC gets ZERO stars.

My air-conditioning unit was broken I had another company come out want to charge me $5400!!! A friend of mine said that you should call TLC. That they used them for years .. SoI called them up they came out on a timely fashion on the time they said they'd be there.. And that to fix my system would only ended up costing me $230 !! Wow saved me $5170.00 !! I love TLC will never use another company...

We had our thermostat replaced today and had a great experience. Our tech, AL was so knowledgable and had a great personality.
We were not ripped off like most of the the companies and they were really resonable on price..I would definitely refer this companiy.

I just want to take a moment and give feedback on the service I just received from TLC indoor air service the technician "Trennis" was really polite and knowledgeable and showed me exactly what was wrong with my a/c the fan was broke and had a possible motor replacement TLC could have taken advantage of me if they wanted to and told me that my motor was broke and charged me extra to replace it but they didn't not only were they honest but I was held up in traffic and wasn't home for them to come in and repair it the technician "Trennis" was amazing and waited on me to arrive. This i have to say is by far the best experience I've had hands down and I am a very satisfied customer I will be recommending them to all of my friends family and coworkers and I will definately sign up for their maintenance plan so that I will not anymore issues in the future.

Came home from grocery shopping to a very warm house this afternoon. Called in and answering service took message. Within minutes the owner called and had his tech out within the hour. From 1st call to complete repair in 2.5 hrs on a Sunday! Thank you, TLC!

Came out right away and installed the very next day.. TLC is very professional and courteous, they will be the only ones I call for AC or heater work. Thank you TLC I have cold air again:)

they responded quickly & professionally. Identified the problem & fixed my AC while it was 95 degrees on a Saturday. highly recommend this company.
