Del-Air Heating and Air Conditioning

Dwayne came out and fixed my A/C that was not cooling. Super professional the entire time. He also showed me and told me everything that he was doing and what all the numbers meant. I think I was in a science/math/engineering class with the detail he went into when explaining things to me. Would definitely recommend this company.

The whole process was quick and easy. Less than 30 minutes. They were able to work around my schedule. The technician appeared to be very knowledgeable about the service provided.

Showed up when they said they would, but they had to fix a problem that only they could have created due to the fact that they are the only people who have worked on my system. Cost me 300 bucks to get the over filled refrigerant removed from my system. Super nice and professional though.

We were scheduled for Friday
Waited all day, no one showed up then when called on Saturday we were told I had the wrong date that it was MONDAY

Not a possibility they keep keeping me in the loop where I was on the schedule that I was the next one on the call therefore

I am not happy, the service was wonderful
But the shenanigans was wrong
Be sure to get everything in writing before your appointment they make you think you are dumb or lost my mind

This company does not care about their customers. They installed our air conditioner and never even hooked up the dampers.

Have more issues and trying to schedule them to come out, but cannot get a hold of anybody.
