Andres Chavez did an excellent job. Very thorough and very professional. He also assisted me with an issue I had with a warranty item from the day before. Highly recommend Andres.

Garret arrived, introduced himself and promptly went to work. Took him just a few minutes to diagnose and repair the system. He cleaned what he worked on and an area he noticed and made me aware of and to keep a watch on it. He left everything in excellent shape. He was very professional and polite. He explained everything which was great.

My unit was cycling on/off on/off. I made an appointment that night thinking I’m going to be hot for a few days….the McGowans truck was at my house the next day. The technician even communicated with me when he was on his way over, then got here when he said he was going to. He thoroughly inspected diagnosed and fixed my unit in a matter of an hour or so. It was the 4th weekend my ac went out….no parts in Florida…they dug through old ones found something that would work overnight and air shipped overnight from Atlanta…will definitely buy a new a/c with them….I am financial analyst so everything ends with what’s my best deal. I thinking in this situation it’s the service I haven’t told them that. Love this business

Installed brand new AC's 2 years ago, opted for the extended warranty and they have been great. Just last week one unit wasn't blowing cool air. Called them up, came out same day, the tech was on time and on the ball. Figured out the problem in the first 10 minutes. Fixed the unit, then it was back to blowing cool air and because of the warranty it was covered!

Far too often, needing and choosing quality home servicing in any respect, creates the type of anxiety and distrust one experiences at a used car dealership.

My AC unit stopped cooling on Saturday night. I called McGowan on Sunday morning. The repairman came a couple of hours later and got everything working normally. Not only was the repairman knowledgeable, but he was extremely kind. Highly recommended.

Patrick was courteous and professional and fair. I'm afraid I can't say that for the answering service though. But that's probably irrelevant. I will continue to use McGowan as long as they continue to serve at this high level. Very nice job !!!

The workers were very capable and friendly. They were especially careful with our furnishings and newly-installed LVP flooring. However, they were several hours late in arriving for the appointment without a phone call to inform me of the problem.

McGowan’s serviceman, Wesley, did an outstanding job during my regular maintenance appointment. He was thorough, knowledgeable, and explained all the details. Will ask for him again!
