Air Duct cleaning led to A/C issues.

Not one to do unfavorable reviews but just do your homework. We got our air ducts cleaned shortly after moving in to clear out renovation dust. It was best price.... it would cost us in the end.

The crews left a mess of foam paint, our closet door was broken, and didn’t appear to clean the vents well. The very next morning, we woke up and the a/c wouldn’t work and we had never had a problem before. It seemed too much a coincidence. When we called the Friday, they told us next week. After repeated calls, they came Saturday and essentially said the compressor was shot and recommended replacing the entire unit.

We got a second opinion saving us thousands of dollars -it was just a part and got it to work. The damage, however, was already done and it eventually cost us in additional parts.

It would not be covered because Air USA couldn’t be sure that it was from the air duct cleaning, however, the technicians themselves said it was likely that something wasn’t done correctly.

They did not charge us for the labor, but it cost us days without a/c (eventually we got a portable unit brought to us) several extra hundred and were recommended thousands of dollars of work.

We are very disappointed with the service of this company. We bought a new AC unit from them and were very pleased with the salesperson and just after a few months of installation our unit started having issues. I called the company to send a technician to look at the unit, and he did absolutely nothing. Barely looked at the unit and said that he doesn’t know what’s wrong and left. Appalled, I called the company again and asked for another technician. He came and said that the unit wasn’t properly installed! Thankfully he was able to fix the problem, but it made me nervous that the company didn’t do proper installation. Now, a year later, we are having problems again! The reason why I bought a new unit was to have a functioning AC. My old AC didn’t give me any problems for 10 years and this unit is only a year old and is constantly having issues. The technicians also don’t do anything besides just showing up and trying to sell extra services, non-maintenance related. They don’t even recommend maintenance or open the unit up to diagnose problems or do preventative checks. They walk in and out. This company needs to get better technicians if they want to retain customers. Very disappointed. I wouldn’t purchase from them again. I’m also looking for a new company to do maintenance the right way.

Izik helped fix our UV light in the ac unit and was very kind and willing to answer questions. He is a great worker.

I saw this company on Facebook, it's a scam. I called them for ducts cleaning. he came to my house and advised me not to clean the ducts because of the risk of putting holes on the ducts. I agreed with him but he told me about the services they provide. He tucked me into a 5 years plan for $500 which suppose to help service my A/C twice a year. 5 months later my A/C stop working, I called them. the guy came, he asked me were they the one who installed the A/C, I told him no, and he asked me what I do for living...etc.. without checking the A/C, he said I need a new A/C unit from them, long story short, after he left I call another company, there was nothing wrong with the A/C. the guy just clean the A/C unit now my house is freezing. Trying to reach the office to explain to them and get my money back, cannot reach anyone.

USA Air Conditioning Services did an amazing job with our central AC. They were quick to supply me with an estimate and within the next day they were cleaning our air ducts and replacing our old AC unit with a brand new one. They gave me an amazing price and the tech that came out was very polite, not hesitant to answer all my questions, and left behind no damages or mess. I would definitely recommend USA Air Conditioning Services to anyone. Our new AC unit is up and running like never before!

UPDATE: Ella from USA air is phenomenal and has redeemed this company. She knows how to speak to her customers and seems like she truly cares about the customer. She was attentive to me and very understanding and made sure she calmed by concerns. She at least provided some info advising orders were taking an estimated 7-14 days where as Kevin was like I don’t know I don’t have answers couldn’t tell me anything. Ella you are truly a blessing to this company. Thank you !!!!

Previous review-Not happy at all. Bought my unit 1 year ago and have had several issues with it not working. First time my capacitor was bad and it took 2 days for them to come and fix it. A month later the evap motor blower goes out and again it took two days for them to come out only to tell me they have to order a part. The tech writes on my paper someone will be out the next day to fix it and wrote the time 12-5 on my paper. It’s 4pm so I call to get an eta and rep tells me he doesn’t know why I was told that and that I have to wait for the part to be ordered and tells me the manufacturer is not responding and some places are closed and they can’t make the part. No estimate if it’s gonna be 2 weeks a month a year. And they can’t do anything and they don’t seem concerned. Basically say their hands are tied and nothing they can do. Just take my $5000 then, this is not ok.

Elior Levi did a tremendous job and had so much patience. A complete professional. Helped us with getting great financing. He saw the problem with our AC and he immediately knew the problem and told us the honest truth. I definitely recommend this company door all your AC needs and I really recommend asking for Elior Levi.

My mother in law just got a new A/C from this company and I have to say that they were amazing. They came to give her an estimate and the next day she had the new A/C. They took care of everything, including her HOA. Ella , from their office, faxed the paperwork to the HOA within minutes so the work could be done. They even swept when they were finished. I would definitely use them myself, if the need should ever arise, and would recommend them to others.

I was so pleased with my appointment today. Shane was honest and sincere when answering all of my concerns. He provided me with multiple options and assisted me with all potential payment options. As a new homeowner, I was happy to find someone who wasn’t looking to scam me out of extra money, but in fact seemed genuine with his approach.
