Have you ever been surprisingly impressed by a contractors work? Well, this is what you can expect from USA Air Conditioning Services...a service provider that goes ABOVE and BEYOND!
I probably rank as one of the most particular customers on many vendor's list. I have high expectations, and am therefore frequently disappointed.
It was SUCH A REFRESHING SURPRISE to find someone that truly cared about the customer and product offered.
I can't say enough great things about how, Roy, handled my particular situation. As a Stage IV (non-smoker) Lung Cancer survivor...I needed someone who could assure me that my a/c system was safe.
I feel relieved and blessed to have found these contractors. And, as a certified property manager, and licensed real estate agent, I look forward to working with their team again.

When our AC Unit died, we called USA AC Services (who had previously installed our other AC Unit which was damaged during Hurricane Irma). They promptly came out on a Friday, offered a good price based on our previous service and installed on Monday. They wore masks the whole day. They cleaned the work area when completed and had us check over the work. We are very satisfied with their work. Thanks!

Very impressed with the level of customer service, quality of work, politeness, courtesy and professionalism of the service technician, Shimon, as well as the General Manager, Roy. We experienced just a minor delay in installation completion of our compressor, due to a wiring issue, but once that was rectified, everything else went smoothly. The whole job encompassed 3 different days, which was fine, as we additionally had an air vent installed in our lanai, and had the air ducts cleaned. I would highly recommend this company to my friends!

Currently I am unhappy with this company. For years they have served well in cleaning and maintaining my AC. I actually switched from their competitor to them when I needed a new AC installed. However now they have canceled twice on their agreed upon maintenance appointment. I was asked if my AC was working okay, and advised they're only doing emergency appointments.I asked to speak to the owner and was told "they're never here". Pretty soon my routine maintenance appointment is going to turn into an emergency appointment if they don't do their agreed upon maintenance. I'll update this if I hear from the owner and they actually show up to do the maintenance we were promised during installation.

Please, everyone just do your due diligence in researching all the steps taken in the services that your needing. Furthermore, I think the company has the potential to do outstanding work, but note to company, one of your techs you have working for you, will bring your company down! Expecting a new born next week and wanted to get my air ducts cleaned. Found a mailer for $79 duct cleaning. Tech came out the next morning and upon entering the my home, he had no idea what he was there to do. After explaining to him, what services I needed, he convinced me to go with the $99 deal that “included” deodorizer. (Later learning this was not included but rather a separate charge) The tech proceeded and hooked up his big vacuum machine to a “supply” vent and told me the machine will clean all the vents and ducts, just from that one vent that took about 15min-20. We then opened my main air duct vent (the reason I requested service for it to be cleaned) and he told me after seeing it, that “I” would have to get up there and clean it. (What a fool, I was.) I got up there and cleaned the vents myself with “my own vacuum” (imagine that, home vacuum, standing on a ladder cleaning my vents what I’m paying the tech to do) after he “sprayed” the deodorizer into the duct. He stopped his machine after while, packed up his stuff and began to fill out invoice. Total came out to $170 dollars. After questioning the amount, he apologized that I missed understood him. He charged me $30 for deodorizer and for extra vent cleaning that he never did. Yes, the company refunded me back $100 which I appreciate, which should have been everything base of the service, but thank you. But I wanted to write this review, not to give your company a bad rep, because it’s obvious from the good reviews you all have potential and meet customers needs, but to make others aware to do there due diligence on researching what steps are taken with any services requesting. I obviously had the bad apple (tech) from the company, so potential customers, don’t let this be a deciding factor. I just couldn’t imagine, it happening to someone else. If your like me, who knows nothing about A/C, and looked like a fool, educate yourself first on what services your requesting. The admin people were nice and apologetic.

I got my AC less than 2 years ago. Stop to working they sent tech Izik, he resilve the problem and gave me warranty. I hope never call again for the same reason if something happen they send me the same technician. Thank you Izik.

I called and the representative came Thursday; by 5p the next day I had a new AC unit. I also had the whole house duct cleaning. It feels good to have a new AC along with the fresh clean air. I did find my water hose hanging over my fence, from the guy cleaning the vents. Overall, I am also waiting to have a thermostat installed, the a.c. installers ran into a wiring issue. I am happy so far, with the quick, professional install of the ac unit

We called USAA to come for a duct cleaning service and upon initial inspection, we were informed we had relatively no insulation in our attic which was causing heat to stay trapped in our home. Eyal walked us through the entire process and made sure that we were getting the service we needed to help with our AC issues as well as the cleaning we initially wanted. He was extremely pleasant and made us feel comfortable using USAA. The gentlemen that came to put in new insulation were awesome as well. I would highly recommend them to others!
