The Energy Consultant, Eli Dratler that was sent out to check and clean my A/C vents was a remarkable young man to work with, not only was he polite and efficient but carry out his job with expertise: He checked meticulously the A/C and vents and took pictures of what was inside them which he was able to show me and explained to me exactly what needed to be done. I would highly recommend Mr. Dratler to anyone who needs his service. Thank you again for sending me this honest and knowledgeable young Energy Consultant.

USA Air Conditioning was able to bring my FPL bill down to less than $90.00. Eric was very professional and helpful with the financing. They brought my home up to code for no additional cost. They installed beautiful high impact windows along with a NEW Carrier. Great customer service and excellent work! Added are my 2017 vs. 2018 June Bills!!!

*** Look no further for one of the best A/C installation companies I've ever done business with and I've owned properties in Florida for over 35 years. Ben gave me an acceptable quote to replace both my condenser and air handler and offered the install the next day - WOW that is incredible service. Jermaine the main installer and Raphael his assistant came out the very next day as scheduled and better than on-time. They came out hours before the expected time. I was thrilled. They were friendly, professional, informative and did the perfect job. This was not an easy install since they had to move my condenser 15 feet away from it's original spot. They did an awesome job and they were a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend USA Air Conditioning Services and Jermaine. You will be glad you did.

I had an issue with a leak in my AC. They sent over Izik as my technician and I must say he took care of me like I was his family. Best service I have ever had!!! Thank you so much for not only helping me but taking the time to thoroughly explain how to care for my AC system. God bless you.

They sold me a brand new unit and promised "professional" customer service after installation.... it's been anything but "professional". The phone customer service agent "Cecilia" was so snarky and rude with me! I asked to speak with her supervisor and she told me there was no supervisor available?? I asked her to transfer me to anyone but her and she refused!! The routine maintenance plan I payed for has been so difficult to get the technician to show up at the correct time or day!! I certainly hope they improve in these areas and I don't end up regretting using this company! "Cecilia" (if that's her real name) could have politely told me she would take my number and have a supervisor return my call for my concerns! Horrible, horrible customer service!!

I gave their technician a check for $3000 as a deposit for a new AC in October. He admitted to the police that he cashed the check and spent the money. I have not received the money back.The technician was wearing their uniform and said that he was obtaining the unit through USA AC

They did a great job! Simon was very helpful and knowledgeable.

All AC work was done in one day. Shimon was easy to talk to and contact.

Unfortunately my building doesn't accept most air conditioning servicers, so we were told to go with USA Air Conditioning Services. They charged us $1500 and only cleaned the ducts, didn't use any chemicals, and didn't even clean the main unit. We called to try to get someone to come back and clean the actual air conditioner, but every time we were told that "someone will call you back." Jokes on us, they've taken our driving license, complete social security number (refused to proceed without it), and did a bad job with even worse customer service. In the end, our tenant ended up vacuuming the air conditioner himself, while we are still left with a $1500 bill on MAYBE a $300 job. Very dissatisfied. I should have checked the yelp reviews instead of trusting google.

The gentleman who assisted me, Izik was very friendly, knowledgeable, & understanding to my problem. He went out of his way to make sure I had the best service & price available. I am truly grateful for his professionalism. Awesome guy!
