USA Air Conditioning services installed my AC unit. They are a great company. This is by far the best experience I’ve had with any AC company. Not only are their technicians educated but their over all staff has great customer service.

Great response time, honest and very helpful on what needed to be done for my condo for the duct cleaning/sanitation, uv light install. Isaac and his team were very good and I highly recommend them.

I just have to say that I am impressed. Originally I had called for a repair. The technician came out to my house that same day.After a thorough inspection turns out I needed a new unit which truthfully I figured I did anyway. He explained to me all my options and what I would need if I had to finance. Since I called on a Friday they were here that Monday removing and installing my new air conditioner just that fast. The installers were thorough and courteous and my house looked as though they were never here. I am so pleased with the service I will recommend them to anyone in my complex who needs repair or a new system.

I have used this company for new system and for all maintenance . Eyal and complete staff very professional and fast to follow up and make sure I'm a happy customer !! Thank you again to the great staff and wonderful technician that they sent to me .. He has been with the Company as long or maybe longer than the 8 years I have been doing business with them !! We had an A/C tune-up and our UV light was replaced. Several years ago we had a strong musty smell coming out of our vents and the technician recommended a UV light. We immediately noticed after the UV light was installed there were no more musty smells. I would recommend technician Shimon Amsalem from USA air conditioning services.

Eyal was great in his professionalism, technical knowledge and expertise. Sold us a great AC package and the installers did an amazing job to install the unit the very next day. The installers were courteous and respectful of my property, and they were able to quickly install the unit and answer all my questions.

Paid $50 and the guy didn't do much. Said it had old freon so he couldn't check it. Took my money and didn't service. I called another service and they showed me the gunk he should have cleaned from my drain pan. Additionally they topped off my freon and showed me it was 410 not r22. Dumb or scam?

Two men seemed to do a very thorough job cleaning 13 vents and sealing around the unit and installing a UV lamp. Left some debris on floors but all over a very good job. The young salesman Eli was patient and very helpful in helping me decide what I needed. Yes I would recommend this company, they arrived on time. A lengthy job.

i CANNOT be more frustrated with this business. they are the most unprofessional business if you dont want stress on top of more stress find another air conditioner service. this company after replacing my ac was supposed to give me an inspection which i was un aware of after i got a warning letter for an inspection that is due i contacted them and asked them to come to an inspection which they failed to do they never came then they would not answer their phones i would continue to call them explain my problems and still they would not show up. until finally they answered after my inspection was due and came and completed my inspection. since they came after my inspection was die i was fined 510 dollars for not having the inspection done by time. please do not do any business with this unprofessional company who has NO customer service there is so many things that is also wrong with them but simply too long to write in a review. the service is also horrible my air leaks water every now and then.

Eli was very professional kind, for my future services I would definitely request Eli he takes pride in his work. I was satisfied. The only problem was that I had a 2-4 appointment he showed up at 7PM not his fault they overbooked him
