Got a brand new AC for a great price next day after Eyal came to my house. Great guy and super happy with the AC, much quieter and upper floors are colder now. Highly recommend.

Stephen G. was very punctual and cordial. He explained fully the problem with the AC and realistic expectations and options available and the process. He was very respectful of my home and I truly appreciated that. The installation crew Sunny and Andre were great. They also were very respectful of my home and of my family. It felt as if family was working in installing our AC. They cleaned up very well after themselves and allowed me to really enjoy my new AC. They explained everything that they were doing before and after installation. And how to care for my unit post installation.I truly appreciate their knowledge and willing to teach. A really awesome team. Thanks so much.

The sales representative Shimon Asalem was prompt, professional, courteous, patient, knowlegable and extrenely kind. He delivered as promised. Overall, I give USA a 10/10 and would most definitely reccomend USA to all of my family and friends.

Don’t ever use this business they are scam artists they will rob your money and never come to do maintenance . I purchased a brand unit in 2018 and they never came to do maintenance. When I called for them to come out they went ahead to tell me that a whole bunch of things needs to be done over $900 worth of maintenance. If you decide to use them they will steal your money. Than the manager Roy and technician Shane are complete Jerks. They are this Alfa arrogant makes that don’t want to here anything because they know they are robbing you . Especially if your elderly they will take advantage the whole company are unprofessional and thieves DONT DO BUSSINESS WITH TGE !!
P. S I got another use company “one hour air conditioning and heating they are amazing and you will get such a beautiful job!! They charged me 1/4 of the price !! REMEMBER ONE. HOUR AIR CONDITIONING AND HEATING “

Great experience with this company. Super Prompt scheduling of service. Technician Moshe was very knowledgeable and professional. He Took time to explain everything to me and what my options were. Will definitely recommend USA and will be calling them for my AC needs.

Shimon and his company are very professional and I highly recommend him. He knows the ins and out of the AC system. He knew exactly what was wrong and how to fix it. If it weren’t for Shimon and the company, we would be sitting in the hot, humid, Florida summer air for months. I really appreciate the work they do. Shimon goes above and beyond for his customers. After reading some of the reviews, i was skeptical however being in the service industry I realize how brutal some people can be online. Especially people with unrealistic expectations. I knew my system needed more than just a routine cleaning. The explanation from Ben was clear, direct and genuine. His recommended solution was more costly than expected, but I knew it was necessary and that he was giving me a fair assessment. He truly makes the customer feel like he is a longtime friend and genuinely wanted to help. All followed up by an even more pleasant experience by the technicians who did the work. Extremely polite, thorough, detailed and informational. For what was done, there was very little disruption. Time and care was takes to prep valuables, electronics, furniture etc. I barely had to vacuum when they were done. I would recommend them 100 times over- and honestly already have.
Take the negative feedback at face value. I have exceptionally high standards and they were surpassed by this team.

I had a good experience with USA Air AC company. Representative Eyal was punctual, very knowledgeable about his products, gave me options, explained every details to helped me make a good decision. After a month of evaluation, so far so good after installation of new AC unit and other parts. I would definitely recommend them.

Eyal is very professional in introducing and properly informed us the importance of getting a new system installed. Three of his workers came today and did an excellent job. They communicate to us nicely all the time, and did a professional job. So far we are well pleased.
