I had an excellent experience with the sales person. His name is Moshe Edry. Moshe made calls to his company to get me the best price including installation of the unit the same day. He delivered his promise. The AC was installed same day. The technicians were very friendly, respectful and accommodating to do their job. The technicians did not rush to finish the job, they took the time to complete the job properly and securely. Moshe stop by the next day to inspect the performance of the unit and final installation. Finally, I highly recommend this company to do business with them.

Talk about true professionals. Evyatar is outstanding. He arrived at my home before his scheduled time, took his time thoroughly analyzing my A/C system and explained the issues I was experiencing without me telling him what was wrong (house not cooling, high humidity, dirty ducts, etc.). He was very reasonable with pricing and is a pleasure to work with. Responsiveness and professionalism are important to me and these guys do both. Will definitely use them again as we continue doing work on our home. They proved why they have so many positive reviews. Highly recommend!

When I contacted them for the cleaning of my A/C vents and that I also wanted an estimate to replace one of my A/C units they immediately scheduled me and a service sales rep came out 2 days later. Evyatar explained that the vents were fiberglass and could not be cleaned in the traditional manner. He also looked at my A/C Unit and explained that it was in poor condition. He gave us detailed information regarding both the cleaning of the vents and the A/C unit replacement. He answered all of our questions and provided us with a discounted educator price. This was truly appreciated and unexpected.
It was clear that Evyatar was very knowledgeable and he put us at ease. He offered us a financing option that would work for us and quickly set up an appointment for both services. Within 5 days I had my vents cleaned and painted with special fiberglass paint. the vents look brand new now. The 2 gentlemen that did the job were timely and professional. They covered all surfaces including furniture.
The two gentlemen that changed my A/C Unit were also very nice and professional. They replaced the unit within 4-5 hours. This included cleaning any debris from my home and taking the old unit away.

Overall, we are pleased with our experience and highly recommended you request for Evyatar to come to your home. Their service plan and warranty provided us with peace of mind. Last, as a thank you Evyatar had our Dryer Vent cleaned out as well. This was overdue and likely prevented a fire.

Excellent service, I was having some issues with my sinuses daily I called them to come service my ac thinking this maybe the reason why Allen came out looked it over and explained there was fiberglass in the ac due to how old my building was and the fix to this was to coat the vents as well as clean it. Needless to say I took his advice and haven't had any problems since on top of this included in the service I get 5 years maintenance on my AC 2 times a year! Very happy with the service Highly recommended

My parents and I bought a house back in February, and we just moved in a month Ago, we’ve had a ton of contractors, electricians, inspectors, the whole nine come in and out of this house before we even had a chance stayed a night here!

Really blew my mom and i away. My dad is working 90% of the time so my mom and I do a lot of the overseeing around the house. And from the moment he walked into our home we felt very comfortable! Avatar was extremely, knowledgeable, he educated us in any way he could so we could better understand his work, what he was doing and how our AC unit works. by the end of the consultation I felt like I could work at the company myself ( jk…)

A very happy customer

Had a problem with my AC shutting off late Monday afternoon. Called USA Air who answered immediately. They went over some quick fixes over the phone. After not working they set up a service call next day. Simon the mechanic called before arriving, and was on time. He quickly found the problem of a clogged drain and fixed that issue. He then showed me mold building on the internal wires (the unit is 1 1/2 years old) and recommended a UV light at a reasonable price. After installing, Simon went over how to use bleach to help avoid future drain problems and also the correct filter to use changing monthly. Simon was extremely thorough, had a total knowledge of the air handler and compressor. I felt I was in very good hands. To top it off he called the next day to follow up making sure the unit was working well. GREAT SERVICE, very professional and helpful .

I knew it was time for my Dino-A/C to go after 24 year of hard work in the Florida sun. I began preparing a list of companies I would call for A/C replacement. Had one appointment with vendor; they came to the house and after 1 hr gave me an estimate that made me say....”better start calling companies for quote”. Had 3 call me back with different estimates after I forwarded the previous estimate details of unit needed. USA Air was the last to call. Roy was his name...and he wanted to make a deal and he wanted my business....and he made it happen. Best estimate, best deal, better than what I previously was quoted by other companies.
That was Friday... on Monday morning Abraham and James came to replace the A/C on time. Great team. I watched Abraham work the whole time; talking to him. He could’ve done this job with his eyes closed. So knowledgeable and quick with the job that I was impressed with his technique and skills...that’s experience for you!!! James worked with the outside unit had that hooked up in a flash, installed my nest thermostat...and I had 57 degree air coming from my vents. ******PING-PAM-POM***** The process was swift, quick, and the PERFECT PRICE!!! Wish come true. Thanks USA Air Conditioning Service for the great job. So happy for my new unit. Florida Summer...we are ready for you!!!
