Initially, I contacted the company to do an diagnostic on my ac. Before contacting Service Pros of America I had another guy out and less than a week later I had another issue with my ac. I booked my diagnostic appointment online and when they came out it was a couple minutes earlier than the time. The first day he came out I couldn’t get my ac checked because it was full of ice. This was a holiday weekend (a Saturday) and they told me they would come back on Monday. Monday they arrived ahead of time. My issue was a leak and my Freon was very low. They saw that I had other issues which were fixable as they fixed the leak. They actually went above and beyond! I’ll be using this company going forward and I signed up for their yearly maintenance plan. They’ll come out and check on the ac once a year and it comes with other perks.

Came within the hour of calling to have my AC evaluated for leaking water. The professional was on time and knowledgeable about the AC issue. I ended up needing my AC coils to be cleaned and the service professional worked diligently to make sure the coils were cleaned, put back in the system, and that the AC was working correctly. He even called the following day to make sure everything was in working order. I definitely recommend and will do business with them again!

The a/c of my parents stopped working, I called Service Pros of America and they came out not even 20 minutes later on a Friday after 5:00 pm and resolved the problem right away. They replaced the motor which had stopped working. The a/c is now working and cooling like new. They are fast, highly knowledgeable, and efficient. Their response time was immediate. I highly recommend them.
