Eyal was great! He was very professional and did everything to have a unit installed the next day.

Anthony was my installer he was very professional and helpful. He answered all my questions and even recommended another service without being pushy. They cleaned up after themselves great service.

My AC Unit died on me in the middle of Summer and needed a replacement right away, Im so glad that I found USA Air Conditioning Services to help me out, they send a technician the following day and got me a new unit right away. The Installation team was very professional and now I have cool AC and my Electric bill is actually lower! Thank you USA AC!

I have called this company twice, both times I needed services on a Saturday and they have been on time, done an excellent job and it was a pleasure to do business with them, specially Shimon who came the first time and who set up the team that came the second time. He even returned after the work was completed and changed the old thermostat without charge. They are very knowledgeable, accommodating and pleasant. I will certainly call them again when I need my A/C changed.

Customer service horrible, professionalism horrible. This place is a scam and over charges for services they dont even hold up to. I have been waiting over a week for a refund on a service they lied and said the technician showed up for and didnt. When this company render services you have to make a deposit same day but when its time for a refund they take weeks to issue it. Just save your self some time and dont even use this company. Its overpriced and the customer service reps are rude

Evyatar Brami the project manager for Usa AC arrived earlier then scheduled, which was perfect for my day. He really is a asset to the company - respectful and knowledgeable; willing to explain everything he was looking at and also very helpful in explaining reasons for things that are occurring within my home.

That kind of interaction with a customer is very important - that trust between the two individuals is critical. Honesty is number one in that partnership !

Im happy I’ve chosen USA AC. Kevin was my sales person and he was very professional and honest about his pricing. I like Goodman and he explain the difference between the Goodman and other brand names. Kevin was also quick to set up an installation date which was very convenient for me. His installers came and did a excellent job. It took some time but Rick and Tracy did the installation well. I have one more AC unit to be replaced and once I have the funds I will use them again. Shay Gutglas is an amazing person! He was very professional with the estimate and on time! Everything promised was correctly installed. USA air did an amazing job!!! We are very happy. Shimon the energy consultant was very professional and worked out a great deal for us. He was very polite and honest. We give him 110% in customer service. Mike and Justin did the installation they did a awesome job. They worked very hard. Ishmael and Jaan cleaned the ducts. They are the best I am very satisfied with what they did. They cleaned up, and treated our home like it was there's. Overall they are the best the whole team. I recommend you hire this company. I sure will refer friends and family. You won't be disappointed I guarantee it.

Mario and Sim came to install my new AC. They were sure to use PPE the whole day. They explained what they were going to do and did a great job. They cleaned there work area and left it spotless. They paid special attention to details and I am very satisfied with their work. The price was fair and my AC works great! I highly recommend.
