Came across this company as a referral from their sister company. I needed a Mini-Split A/C system installed in a small apartment. The representatives on the phone was very helpful and polite, the technician was also punctual, helpful, and communicative. The workmanship was a bit messy but after a quick phone call with the company they sent a new technician out within one hour who handled and took care of my concern.

Found Must Air USA on Daikin website. We needed to upgrade our Air conditioner. It happened that Roi, the owner answered the phone. The initial consultation appointment was made right away, and it was informative and detailed. The proposal was timely, affordable. The communication with the Maya and Kenya was professional, clear and follow up was proper. They accommodated and coordinated with all our needs. When Terence and Alex arrived for installation they were on time, professional, very clean. The following up with Maya and Roi after the installation to make sure things are going well was reassuring. Roi came to adjust the new thermostat- took time to teach us all about the new system. We’re looking forward to the next projects with Must Air USA.

The serviceman Pablo came to my home this afternoon. He did excellent exceptional work this time, and the previous time he was here, about 3 months ago. I would definitely recommend getting him again if I would need servicing.

I had called another place that said I had a leaking evaporator coil in my Daikin Fit system. When it came time to replace the coil, they tried to charge me over 1500 dollars when I had the labor warranty. I called Must Air and they told me it would be no charge, I only had to pay for the freon. True to their word, all I paid for was the freon and it was almost half the price that the other place wanted to charge for freon. The tech they sent over was one of the nicest A/C techs I've ever dealt with. I would definitely use them again!!

Super responsive, professional and willing to get the job done effectively. I had been looking around for someone to help me with a getting onto a 2nd story complex roof and was having trouble finding someone willing to come out and handle it on the weekend without wanting to charge an arm and a leg. Roi from MustAIR jumped on it, said he would call me back and within a short while had a tech out to look at it. The tech was professional, knowledgeable and smiled a lot which says something. These are my new go to guys for all my properties in the area. Thanks again!

This company sat on a permit for EVER.. more than a year. The city was asking for reasonable documentation that Must Air was unable or uninterested to provide. Had to hire someone else to finish the job. It was one of the worse experiences. Will never do business with them. Also, the owner is excessively aggressive to the point of insulting me when I complained about the time it took. Terrible person. Never again.
