Wonderful, professional, timely, caring, always available. Great prices and awesome quality service, literally available on the phone or email every time, first time around. Never had to call twice for the same service, wonderful follow-up, they actually remind you of your appointments for installation, city permits, etc. Outstanding. This time I had an issue with a coil, same outstanding service including coming home for free and providing gas for free while awaiting for the part to arrive to their office, no push back, no issues. Kenya as always supportive and caring and always on top of things, more of a friend than a customer service, she has gone above and beyond for me every time (thank you to Maya too).Thank team for your continuous support, you have certainly taken my customer service experience to a whole new positive level!!!

Had an issue that needed a quick resolution. They did not show up to the specified appointment on the first go around. Had to wait another three days for them to show. Technician finally came out and we discussed the project and told me I would get a quote soon. Followed up with the company a few days later and now they say they are "too busy" to do the job. Meanwhile my ceiling has continued to sustain damage during this entire time. Cannot recommend doing business with this company.

My A/C stopped working, I called several companies, Must Air USA came to check, gave me a detailed estimate on the work they will do. the next morning the installation crew came on time, they were so professional, installed a brand new A/C, very happy with the quick, kind and great customer service, defiantly recommend Must Air USA to all my friends and family:)

Must Air had new AC unit specifically built to fit available space in ceiling of our 55 year old condo.
The crew was professional, respectful, and completed an excellent installation. New thermostat ensures that we are comfortably cool.

We had not heard of Must Air USA until our usual HVAC company decided not to service our AC unit and referred me to Must Air USA who, as it turns out, was awesome to deal with! We had a very pleasant experience working with Must Air USA. They were quick to respond to our needs, showed up on time, and always sent very knowledgeable mechanics. I certainly will use Must Air USA in the future for all my HVAC service and repairs. The Owner, Project Manager & the mechanics were all helpful, easy to speak to, and knowledgeable about the products they service and sell.

Working with Must Air was an overall pleasant experience. They installed my new AC units and air purifiers in one day and were professional and easy to communicate with throughout the process. The owner of the company was present, patient and answered every question I had during installation.
