We ordered from this company, and the same day this company received our NEW credit card number, fraudulent charges began on our Business Account. Our Credit Card Company alerted us, and went over the charges with us, determining they were indeed fraudulent. I notified the company, and they said they were unable to determine it was from their particular employee. They had suspicions it could have been another , but, since that person never walked past the desk, they were absolving themselves of any culpability. Again, this was a NEW card, and the charges began the same day they were given this information. Absolutely unprofessional. It took 2 days, 5 phone calls to get the order and return shipping label emailed to me. Buyer beware.

**Our complaint was for the way our concerns were handled. There were enough events to suspect somebody in your company could have done it. If our concerns were handled with some seriousness, this would have not been necessary. To use intimidation to stop your customers from criticizing you is ridiculous and another way you're mishandling this issue. Comments from your customers should be taken as an opportunity to check things and make appropriate adjustments.

I ordered universal mounting brackets thru 3rd party home depot and pdhvac sent a box that was missing bolts, 1 bracket was in package not 2, missing washers, and a box that was smashed, torn, and retaped like a mummy was in it. Needed this to finish install, now i gotta wait another week for another one to come in. Possibly the worst and most irresponsible dealings with these two companies.

I bought a 2 ton Pioneer Split from High Seer/Parker Davis. It arrived slightly cosmetically damaged and when I brought it to their attention they made the problem "right" by me. I would like to thank Nelson for correcting my issue like a true professional. Congratulations again on your new addition Nelson. About the unit, it performs perfectly, super cool and super quiet, We Absolutely Love It

Like another customer on here expressed... Do your research... I don't care what the advertisement says. This is not a United States based business. Day one... I placed the order... The lady barely spoke English. Day 2. I called and spoke with a supervisor. Her English was good. But the girl from the day before totally screwed up my address. The manager got the spelling of my name and address corrected. DAY 3: I still have no confirmation # and the money has not been taken out of my account . Day 4: I call and speak with same manager. She was able to get a confirmation # to me and money out of my account. Day 5: Some eastern Indian guy from this company calls.. very thick accent calls leaving a message for someone who does not live at this address. Day 6: Another middle Eastern guy calls. But, we're able to understand one another. They had a totally different name on the order and it was to be sent to Arizona instead of Indiana. We got it corrected.... Or at least I thought we did. On June 5th I call the company again and speak with the same manager (Kathy). She now tells me it will be sent out today or tomorrow. Expect to see it in 6 or 8 days. Let's see how long it will be before I call again. I need another unit for another rental that I own. IIcan guarantee you that I will not order from this company. I've talked to way to many people in this company for it to be a U.S. based company. 110% dysfunctional.

Ordered 16 ft refrigerant line set but it came with 10 ft. electrical cables. Had to order cable separately from another vendor.
I could not bend the 5/8" copper tubing to the radius required in the surface raceway installation kit without kinking the tubing. Had to buy elbows and flare connectors and flaring tools.
Mounting plate for the indoor unit is constructed of very thin steel. I used many screws to the wall to secure but the mounting tabs that hooks the unit to the mounting plate still bend due to light gauge material.
Just posting to help prospective buyers understand how to deal with the challenges. I am an experienced tradesman.

Fast response, shipping and plenty of assistance. Great company. There was a little damage to a foot and housing on an outside unit that suggested heavy stacking occurred. Installation is not yet complete so functionality test is not complete.

I bought a 12k btu 220v mini-split and installed it myself without difficulty five years ago. Recently it quit working, error code E1. I went to the Parker Davis website where I chatted with Joe in customer service. He told me specifically what to check on the unit (with a good digital meter). I gave him the results, he told me I needed a new PCB and gave me the part number. I got the PCB in three days, installed it in 30 minutes and all is well.
Knowledgable people and quick service probably saved me $500 over hiring somebody. Great experience!

Excellent assistance at their location. Excellent communications with their sales dept. and engineering. Excellent, honest recommendations from their engineer. Purchased several units 9K 12K 18K plus single and triple condensers. Still working flawlessly 2 to 3.5 years later. MiniSpilts rock.

I installed a pioneer 12,000btu 120v heat pump, 21.5 seer in my Winnebego motorhome! It is whisper quiet, and works beyond my expectations! I would recommend this unit for anyone, you will be impressed! The customer service has been exceptional! Very Pleased With Product and Service!
