Horrendous customer service. I was sold one of many mini-splits that do not work properly because of a "known issue". I have been calling for well over a month trying to get the issue resolved and NEVER have my calls returned. They dodge calls, do not return calls, and do not solve the problem. No one seems to know anything about, or can pull any information on any issue, with every call ending with no resolution and a promise they will call you back, and the don't. Stay far, far away from this company and its Pioneer brand of mini-splits.

DON'T ORDER FROM THESE IDIOTS! The order department, Erica (EJN) made a mistake on my order. Also, the shipping department failed to include the wall mount brackets on the pallet of equipment. When I called for Customer Service, I was on hold for 20 minutes. Once connected I was met with an ambivalent attitude (Eric) but was assured the order would be rectified immediately. 2 weeks passed, I called again, on 08-03-21, and spoke with again with Eric who said the order was not processed but that he would process an order for the wall mount brackets and send UPS Next Day. I received an e-mail from Liliam Rojas, Customer Service, assuring me the order is shipped and provided a tracking number. I checked the tracking number and UPS info came back that the order was canceled. I am now on hold. again, awaiting Customer Service. TOTALLY SCREWED UP COMPANY!

I am a retired Texas Law Enforcement officer, and have been building an all electric home for myself and my wife. The construction has taken several years and I am a fairly frugal person. We moved in just before July of last year (2021) and 90% of the sizable building, I have done myself and when a $18,000 quote was handed to me for a conventional ducted system, I knew that I would need to pull some rabbit out of a hat in order to fight this oppressive Texas heat (and the subsequent -6 F temps this past winter). I contacted the extremely competent and patient staff at Parker-Davis HVAC in Florida who worked tirelessly with me to select the perfect set of components, and provide answers to my endless questions. Long story short, I selected two (outside) Ductless Mini split Inverter Heat Pump units for a total of a little over 5 Tons of cooling, and 7 wall mount inside units. I saved $11,000 by installing this hardware myself, and I only hired a local AC company to perform the evacuation and topping off of the refrigerant (due to the length of the copper lines from the outside and the inside units). The hardware quickly arrived by truck and was unloaded without any damage whatsoever. Our electrical bills have been just about 30-40% - lower than the bills we had before, (not to even mention that we now no longer have to purchase Propane for heating, (an additional saving) and performed without any loss of heating during the infamous -6F temps we experienced this last February or the high temperatures last summer. This retired Texas Deputy Sheriff could not be happier with the product or the sales/engineering staff or the ease of the installation process. I waited for 10 full months before writing this review, thinking that no product could possibly seem so perfectly suited to our needs, but now is time for everyone involved to receive their kudos.

I received the order quickly and everything was well packed and nothing damaged. I had a local HVAC company to install the unit and it worked perfectly so far I am happy with the unit.

I have placed a number of orders for mini splits and accessories this summer and was satisfied for the most part with all of them. There were a few issues, one I could not overlook and a two that I let go. The one I called about was dealt with immediately and professionally and to my complete satisfaction. I will do business with Parker Davis again and I highly recommend them for all of your HVAC needs. When taking the price of the units and shipping together, they are very competitive and responsive.

Delivery was right on time and there was no need in tracking because your company or the shipping company stayed in touch with us during the shipping. Several attempts were made to deliver this item via an 18-wheeler. Every time, I was notified that the delivery was unsuccessful and a smaller truck would be needed. The next scheduled delivery, another 18-wheeler would be sent. Finally, I met the driver of the 18 wheeler at a different location and we moved the individual pieces into my car. This was arranged directly between the truck driver and me, not the scheduling department.
The driver was very, very nice. I'm glad a had a large car! Something was not working on the scheduling end though.

Understandably, it was a slow start on the manufacturing process but that is the problem with ordering products, post Covid19.
A little patience and they shipped my 18k BTU Pioneer Mini Split to my home in CA.
Install went great, unit is cool and quiet.

I have purchased and installed several Pioneer units. I personally love the quality and customer service. I'm not sure about the other reviews but I always deal with Kathy. She gets things done. The units are of a great quality. I buy the 18 seer ducted central heat pumps. Never once had a issue. As long as you know what your doing it's the best system to buy. One review said they had a licensed technician out. I have to repair work everyday caused by these "good licensed techs". There are great techs out there but unfortunately more bad shady ones then good. Don't be afraid of pioneer. They get all the stars in my book.

This has been the worst experience I’ve had with a company. I purchased a new system and had it installed and inspected to find out that it came with a faulty motherboard. I spoke with a manager and he said they would charge me to send the system back even though I spent hundreds to have it installed. They promised to ship a replacement motherboard that would take exactly 3 days to arrive. That call occurred on 7/22 and it’s now 8/6 and I still have no motherboard. I called several times, left voicemails and sent an email and never received a follow up from anyone. I FINALLY spoke with the manager of parts and warranty and he stated that he tried reaching out (no calls, voicemails, or email) to let me know it was on back order. I had to call them to find this out 2 weeks later. He tells me that the part conveniently arrived in the warehouse today and now they are sending it. This whole experience has been an absolute nightmare and I would not recommend this company to anyone!
