Received my pioneer mini split unit.shipping was on time.Easy installation.Everything was great!

Installation instructions were written by someone who is not fluent in English.
No service network.
No technical info, wiring diagrams or schematic drawings.
No parts support.
Not even a list of qualified AC techs for their products.

Bottom line - Buy from someone else or regret your decision.

Units were delivered on time, and the driver even put it in my garage when he realized I am disabled! Best price, even after delivery I found one the 24K BTU anywhere.

The order was easy to place. Communication was great. Delivery was on time- despite COVID!! We have not tested the unit yet.
