This is my fourth unit to purchase they’ve never let me down always professional that is why I will continue to buy from Pioneer. Fast easy to deal with and everything just always works can’t beat it

ordered three mini-split unit through amazon.
took more than 28 days to track delivered california.
i live in new york.
many e-mails , phone calls. nobody call back to give me an answer.
very poor customer service and logistic department.
this is last order to deal with highseer .

Purchased 2 of the 3 zone 22 SEER models from them in 2018. Units run great and am totally pleased with value and performance. Works exceptionally well in cooling and has saved me $1000 in oil heat in past two winters. I would suggest the poor ratings are because of bad installs and harry homeowner/chuck in a truck moonlighters who do not understand this technology.

A/C unit shipped and came as promised. Box's were in good shape, yes! All parts were there. Hooked up and worked perfectly. Would use this company again anytime. 5 stars.

Fast delivery. Great service. I ordered online. Within a few days the unit had been delivered. I haven't gotten it installed yet. I look forward to using this unit which was highly recommend by other customers. I will use this company again if I need another unit.

I ordered supply lines that were too short. Ordered a 33' unit and the representative supplied a return label and in two weeks had a refund. Shipping no problem!

High regards for the Pioneer mini split and dealing with Parker Davis. Unit arrived on time and has been fabulous. I have a large bedroom over the garage and it was taxing my second geothermal unit tremendously. The unit would run nonstop during peak summer heat days and would still reach 78 to 79 degrees. This unit is quiet as a church mouse and isn’t challenged at all keeping the room a steady temperature wherever I want to set it. The room is very comfortable and the savings in my electric bill will pay me back for this unit in less than 12 months.
I’m a very handy diy’er but I paid the pros to install this and glad I did. I took two of them about 5 hours to install it and run the electrical. $1,300 well spent even for this handy miser. Only regret is I didn’t do this sooner.

I just got finished placing an order with Luisa ext# 4131 and she was great to work with and made my experience much easier than I feared it would be. All the contact with your support people has been very helpful and quick to take care of the issue and thanks for the call back service.

I have been trying to get all the part for my mini Split from this company
and still I I am missing Parts. Every time I call I can not get for final part to make this mini split to work. Service is really bad . Now I have a unit that will not work. They have set me the wrong diameter line set for the unit and
I don't have all the parts to make the AC to work. Missing the controller for the concealed duct evaporator I give them a negative start. because I DON"T HAVE ALL THE PARTS FOP THE MINI SPLIT

The system was delivered undamaged.Installation of it was a breeze and working fine.
